I just wanted to get on here to share how pleased I am with the service of one individual employee. He was extremely kind and asked how my day was going and what I was getting into. I told him I was on my way to find some work boots. He told me about this place called the Boot Barn in delaware so I changed all plans I had and headed straight to his recommendation. Long story short I ended up purchasing the most comfortable boots I have ever owned lol. I was on my way to ace hardware to look for boots that I would have probably regretted but thanks to this employee my that wont be the case. I wish I had this gentleman's name because his service impacted more than just my drink that day. I hope whoever reads this knows the employee I am talking about. He was working the drive through window at about 5pm. Side note, I also drive the extra 5 minutes up the road to this dunkin past the one by the Walmart in northeast because of how poor the service and drinks are at that location.

I ordered the 6 dollar meal deal and the sandwich was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a not toasted plain bagel like I ordered but it was sausage instead of bacon we went to return it and when we got to the window they were really nice about it they gave us the right sandwich and let us keep the other sandwich and even gave us a free donut of are choice because of the mistake they were really nice about it I hope they have a blessed life

EXTREMELY rude workers and they always fill a large cup up to the rim with ice leaving you with 3 sips and your 8$ drink is gone.

Quick and fast tasting iced coffee and bagels, donuts, tater tots, and everything within the breakfast menu. Drive through only no inside dining unless eatting in the parking lot. Respectful employees and friendly to customers. Safe environment and located next too Highs Gas Station. And Pat's Pizza.

I have gone 3 times now and my order has never been correct. One time I ordered 10 munchkins, 10 munchkins were on the screen and they tried to give and charge me for 10 donuts. Second time coffee order was wrong, but fixed it. Again, another time I ordered 2 donuts and iced coffee. My iced coffee was melted the ice and I was given one donut. Ordered a Mt. Dew, paid for the Mt. Dew then was told they were out and couldn't process a refund and gave me an OJ. The guy tried to argue with me. My husband tried to surprise with a coffee, I got the wrong order, he just didn't catch it in time. First time I chalked it up to growing pains, second time they fixed it, but third time, I'm not arguing about paying for products I don't want and consistent mess ups after being opened for a while. Especially, cause it's a drive thru only, so you can't walk in to have a problem fixed.

Incredibly slow service. Four cars in the drive through, sat for almost 10 minutes until we could pick up a single cup of coffee. Better off at High’s!
