I swear they are making my drink wrong on purpose I come everyday sometimes twice a day and they will make it with no cream or too much flavoring or definitely get mad when I ask for less ice most of them don’t even know what less ice means

The Drive-thru opens at 0500 not door service. I am a truck driver, so I parked my truck then walked a 1/4 mile to the door. Told the agent my story and said , “No Service”.

i'm usually not one to leave a negative review, but the staff definitely needs some training. Literally the worst customer service attentiveness. I waited at the register for 2 girls to finish their conversation about some relationship so I could place my order. After I finally did get my order, I went back to the register to get some k cups. As I was standing there again waiting for her attention, I was getting a hash brown out of my bag and listening to a man complain about his wait time for his food. I guess the girl realized she gave me the wrong food bag, while i still had my hand in it, she snatched it out of my hand and handed it the man. I had to tell him that I had my hands in his bag and he should request a new order. He was so frustrated from waiting he just kept walking, so I said it loudly enough for everyone to hear that I had touched his food. A girl from the back went to address him and the situation (while I'm still waiting to purchase my kcups) and the girl at the register walked away to go join the other girl to talk to the man. Eventually I got out of there with my food that was cold. I don't even know how that's possible but def worst DD experience ever.

I went to this Dunkin yesterday, 10/10/24 at about 6:30 a.m. & the young woman that waited on me at the drive through was great! She went above and beyond. (thats rare nowadays) She even went as far as brewing a fresh coffee for me as I asked for decaf (yes, I know) & she didn't know how old the current coffee was. The coffee was good, the food was good, & the service was great! I hope this gets back to her, credit is def due in this situation.

I just went there and ordered a regular bagel. Sausage egg and cheese add bacon. They didn't give me no egg. Stupidity at it's finest ?
