This dunkin is so inconsistent. There have been so many times where the coffee has been made incorrectly. I dont understand how the coffees aren't made the exact same way every time. There are markers on the cup that tell them where to fill each ingredient. More often then not, there is so much cream and a tiny amount of coffee or the drink taste completely watered down. So frustrating when you pay $6 for a coffee and it isn't made right over and over again.

When did the recipe stop calling for SUGAR?!?. Its 2025 i know how to order my drinks especially knowing i wanted it a specific way. This dunkin is always ALWAYS EITHER SICKENING SWEET OR WATERED DOWN there is no happy medium. And dont bother tellin em yu want2-3 pumps liq sugar they disregard it. Very poor service. While ordering the woman at the speaker was very rude and had a horrible attitude. Once we got to the window it was wide open and all it was inside was chaos. Screaming, cursing, laughing; anything but working. We were the only people in the drive thru and it took 10 minutes for them to even take our money. After all that waiting the drinks were terrible. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt due to the fact it’s five minutes from my house but I can’t the line takes extremely long which I would not mind if my coffee was fresh and made the way I asked but that isn’t the case the coffee always has a weird taste, I ask for liquid sugar I get cane, I ask for the list goes on of mistakes! I would not recommend this location avoid at all cost!

Why does management have just 2 people working during a busy time?
Had to wait 5+ mins before I was attended to… but they made the coffee promptly. Management needs to put more people in place so they can handle the rush adequately.

This dunkin location needs some sort of new management or new staff. They are consistently slow (like it takes 15-20 mins in line every time) and frequently get orders wrong. They’ll give wrong drinks, drinks not made correctly, mix up or completely leave out donuts. The staff (especially drive thru) give major attitudes. Today, they were out of all donuts and out of the ingredients to make any drink that I would get. I make the 15 minute extra drive to go to other locations who know how to run efficiently.
