It's ok, but please check the bags at the drive thru today I pick the order # 8 with the large coke zero and an extra hash brown and I don't receive it the extra hash brown!! But the receipt 🧾 said that they do charge me for the extra hash brown 🫣

If I could give zero Stars I would.. this place is horrible the wait time is ridiculous. And your order is always wrong and you get things you didn't order and you don't get the things that you order and when you tell them about it they get a attitude and want to argue with you this place just needs management

Absolutely terrible. The amount of times I wanted just a quick way to get food but they are only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash. Today, I went at 4:40am and they are only accepting DoorDash. I tried asking why cause I placed a mobile and the guy wouldn’t tell me. Just told me to cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went to McDonald’s today to get myself a sweet tea, Diet Coke and my son a happy meal, I went inside and ordered from the self service kiosk, putting my order in I find out they are completely out of all soft drinks, which was false, the machine in the dining room worked but still did not have Diet Coke. I received my food, without Tea, upon asking for my drink they said they don’t have any more tea and didn’t offer me any solution, I had to ask for the cup I was still entitled for, to which I filled with Dr Pepper. After getting home and opening my sons happy meal I found my sons milk to be a day expired, the apple slices expiring today, no toy in the happy meal, and the chicken nuggets burnt. Due to the quality of the meal and service I received I will never be coming back and recommending to everyone I know to NOT go to this McDonald’s, and to take the extra 10 minutes to visit the Elkton location for a much better experience.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I went to this McDonald's at 3:00 in the morning. Just wanted some chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. They told me they were only serving breakfast. But I couldn't use any breakfast deals. There was no breakfast menu. Tonight I go back at 10:00pm to try and order what I was going to order last night. Only to be told at 10:00pm, that they're waiting for their overnight staff to come. They're not taking any orders. When is enough enough with this McDonald's. When are they going to just shut this place down. It's been horrible for years. Put something else in the same place. That will have better service. Or fix the ongoing never-ending issues that this McDonald's seems to have. They're constantly shut down because of short staff. Only taking mobile or doordash orders. If it wasn't for the so-called convenience I wouldn't make another trip here.

Was in drive through for 5 mins no one else there. Other car pulls up and they took their order while I am still waiting. Then told me they not doing mobile orders because short staff I was like ok and never asked what I want so I waited there till I got to go since I have to work. No point coming to a fast food drive though if they not going to take an order

These people are the most incompetent or just lack common sense. The only will only take either mobile orders or DoorDash. If you can take that you can take my order after having me wait 10 minutes to hear this. I will never be back.

I've placed multiple orders reluctantly because my daughter loves happy meals. Every time, without fail, there's an issue with either multiple items missing or the food quality. Tonight, my daughter wanted to go inside and eat, kiosks not working, trash was scattered throughout the floor and trash was stuffed into the seats. I immediately was just like alright, I don't want anything anymore but I'll still get her a happy meal. I Went to place an order and no ice cream was available, three sauces unavailable, and I got an email that my order was canceled because now nuggets were unavailable but the money got taken out of my account. In the past, I've placed orders for items that I'm sure they deliberately did not make and then not refund and I've placed orders for deals where they almost never include the deal items. There are multiple opportunities available among this establishment relating to presentation, and service. If I can see the issues clearly as a customer then I wonder what I'm not seeing when it comes to operations and cleanliness in the back.
