Ethan kept a smile on his face and kept a good attitude even after being yelled at by a dimwitted customer (Not to Ethans fault.) will be returning in the future

I tried to go through the drive through tonight and after ordering food sat there without moving for over 10 minutes. I finally just pulled out of line and left. Absolutely ridiculous. This is meant to be convenient, fast food. Horrible.

The food we received was adequate, order correct. Fries a bit cool. The kiosk was difficult to order from. The restaurant could use some cleaning of tables not only by staff but customers themselves. The service was extremely disappointing. The staff was lacking any energy, enthusiasm or desire to serve customers. Sad to see the young workers so disinterested in doing a good job. The service was terribly slow. Waited 15 minutes for just a single cheeseburger and small fries. Observed other customers waiting even longer. Will not return to this McDonald’s Hopefully the management will care enough about the restaurant’s reputation to fix things .

Order was dropped for an unknown reason, however, the app didn't mention that it was cancelled, and the charge hasn't been cancelled either. Waste of time coming in to get food that isn't there, and now I have to spend extra time calling my credit card company. Don't waste your time - go somewhere else.
Edit - Three days later the charge is still on my credit card. They never cancelled the order. I will have to cancel the charge. Why didn't the manager help me complete or fix my order? The manager said my order couldn't be processed and there was nothing she could do. Was my food stolen by the workers? If upper management is reading this, the incident happened the morning of December 14th around 10am, so you can check who was on duty. Sorry, I didn't get their names. I ordered elsewhere and will never return there again.

Went to this McDonald’s on a Friday night, December 6 at approximately 10:30 pm. Tried to order food at the drive thru but was told they weren’t allowed to take anymore orders because they didn’t have enough employees!!!!!?????!!!!??? WHAT!? I really couldn’t believe what I was hearing! This McDonald’s is never great anyway, I only go there when I have few choices, not to mention the recent deadly Quarter Pounder/ Onion outbreak and now this!!? It’s sad to say but Trust, Devotion and good Customer Service are a thing of the past!!! Very disappointing Ronald McDonald!!!!

Go there in the morning because it's like 3min away from work half the time the store says the system is down and they can't take orders the other times with two people in front of me waited 20 min for food got my food got to work and wrong food have a egg allergy and can't eat eggs so of course it has egg on it so that food got thrown away

We were traveling back to NY when we found this place about 5 min from 95. First, they got my order wrong and were in no rush to correct it. I had to tell the person who appeared to be the mgr that if I didn't get my sandwich soon, I would need a refund. She gave it to me but the food was HORRIBLE and the coffee was watery. This was the worst McDonald's I've been to! I'm glad they didn't mess up the hash browns

Between prices rising and customer service getting worse, I literally only go here if it's an emergency anymore. It seems like this place goes through a rotating staff of new employees, as we encounter an issue with a new employee or management (who is training a new employee) almost every time we go there. We use the app, and don't have as bad of a problem with speed as many other complain about, but literally everyone I know does. My issue tends to be with the attitude of employees or incompetence (the latter which I assume is through no direct fault of their own with how many employees are new anymore).
All in all, I tend to still enjoy the food here when I get it, but it's not worth the price tag; I can get literally everything I need to make most of the menu items for a similar price to the items, and that's because a lot of the time you're getting multiple of what you need (like a carton of eggs, or a pack of buns). If you take into account cost per ingredient, you can save quite a bit, so if you really want McDonald's, I'd invest in some premade patties or set aside the time to make and freeze your own.

This deserves no stars, however that’s not an option. How is it that this McDonald NEVER has ice cream? I have come multiple times the past month and they have not had it once. Take it off the menu if you don’t have it…. Terrible.

Vegetarian options: I hope you know, in the kitchen, it's all beef or chicken to the cook. So if you expect to eat vegan because you are grossed out by eating animals, im sure your "vegetarian" meal has undoubtedly rubbed shoulders with meat.
Dietary restrictions: If you have ANYTHING besides anorexia , you shouldn't be eating at any McDonalds
