Pats Select Pizza | Grill

What a nice place! Our first visit to Pats and we enjoyed it. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and made with fresh ingredients. Portions were generous, and the service was attentive and friendly. The place was clean and bright. I am looking forward to our next visit.

Me and a friend went to NORTH EAST PATS PIZZA to eat we both had a ham n cheese sub they had 2 pc of each three small tomatoes n I got ex pickles but there wasn't that many n WE GOT NO potato chips she said they were ex. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. IT NOTHING LIKE ELKTONS PAT

Picked up a large pizza order for work. I pulled thru the drive thru, got out and opened my hatch, Elizabeth handed me my order, loaded it in less than 7 minutes. Elizabeth was so friendly and accommodating! She even gave us plates and napkins!!! Kudos to Elizabeth!!!!!

While I had lunch at pats today in north east I very much enjoyed my salmon bowl even when the broccoli was undercooked and almost raw the rest of the meal was delicious. The reason I give it one star is that when I went to the bathroom I was very afraid of falling . The floor was very slippery throughout the store and it made it very uncomfortable to walk on and the bathroom had no toilet paper in it .

I ordered carry out-- 2 Avocado wraps and a Philly cheese steak, along with chicken wings... I had asked the young man who took my order ( twice ) do the fries come with the order or is there and extra charge. He said they come with the orders, so I ordered fries with the Avocado Wraps and the cheese steak. When I came in to pick up I was charged extra for all three. The Manager Brian came over and immediately took the charges for the fries off my bill and said there is more training needed. I felt bad pointing this out, but I was clear when I placed my order.
There were no issues or hostility towards me at all, and the Manager apologized for the mis understanding. It is that type of management and positive energy that customers need to keep them coming back. I will be sure to continue going there for their great food and excellent customer service!
The food was very good, and the service was even better. I have been going there since they opened ( many, many years ) and will continue to go and enjoy the food and great service!
Thank you, Brian, for making feel comfortable and not making me feel bad for pointing this out! I know I am only one customer, but you made me want to come back again and again!
