By far the worst customer experience of my life. Put in an online order, claimed the don’t have my apartment number although when placing the order AND my confirmation email says the apartment number. They tried calling to find out the # but I was not near my phone at the time. By time I saw and called back, Robin was extremely rude with me and when I said this has happened before, and I was promised it was fixed on their end, she said I was wrong and was extremely short fused....read full review
