We went thru the drive through after placing a mobile order and were told they couldn't see mobile orders and to come inside. The line was 3 or 4 people deep. The person on the register kept leaving to help expedite the orders. The line was almost to the door when we left.

Sign says $1 any size was overcharged by ov over $2.50- I was charged $3.59 - will never be back again The employee said manager was too busy to handle the problem- terrible terrible place - never never ever again will do business with any Wendy's restaurant- would give ZERO stars if I could

Honestly, my favorite Wendy’s . Probably the best one I’ve been to. I have two, maybe 3 Wendy’s closer to where I live, but this one is by far the best. It’s way cleaner and the staff is more friendly and more efficient than any other Wendy’s that I’ve been to.. They are doing things right here at the North East Wendy’s.

I had a problem yesterday. I was helped by a young man. He replaced the item an did it efficiently and with a smile and they were very busy and everyone was working hard. Thanks to you great staff.

Terrible experience. I’ve been working all day and I wanted something quick to eat. Every single employee was vaping and the manager sat there and did nothing about it. On top of that they got my order wrong. I asked for 20pc BUFFALO saucy nuggets and I got barbecue sauce instead, and the nuggets weren’t even covered with the sauce. If I wanted chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce barely covering them I would’ve asked for that, but the employees were too high to complete a simple task. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Everyone working at this establishment deserves to be fired immediately.
