Was given a USED ranch dipping sauce in my bag. Not just busted open, used. Had pieces of someone said french fry in it. Absolutely disgusting. Didnt give the milk that was included in the kids meal either.

This place has just gone down hill in the past few weeks.It used to have amazing and fast service now it’s just terrible missing items and long wait times. Last week I only got half my order after waiting 10 minutes. I went in to try and get the missing items only to be greeted by a messy lobby with trash everywhere. I asked the lady at the cash register to talk to a manger and I get Lisa, the manager with a horrible attitude giving me a hard time because she didn’t want to fix her mess ups. I don’t know what’s been going on here but I won’t be returning.

If I could give this location a 1 star, I would. This location is supposed to be 24hours, as posted all over the windows and menu sign. At 11pm, they turned their menu lights off and didn't greet anyone when idling at the menu sign and both drive thru windows. The drive thru is blocked by curbs, so we were trapped in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting for the 2 vehicles ahead of us in the drive thru to exit. The vehicles ahead of us seemed to get food. But when we pulled up to the window all three employees (including one who looked to be a manager) just stood there and looked at us until we pulled off. Never a word of communication via menu speaker or drive thru windows. If an employee doesn't like their job, go get another one. Why not vacate the position, making room for people who want to work? Because clearly, these employees (including the manager on duty) are either incompetent or have no intention of working.

Whoever owns this establishment needs to fix the drive through card reader. Surely it cant be very expensive to fix, surely time can be found to replace it? This store has been claiming for well over a year now that their drive through card reader is down, Im sure that ownership/corporate must already be well aware of this problem?? In fact I got so angry the last time I tried to go there because of the alleged card reader situation, because it happens so often, I decided I wasn’t going there anymore. This was like 6 months ago & very randomly I wanted a chicken sandwich one day so I tried to give it one more chance but guess what?? Card reader down again LOL it’s hard for me to believe that ownership would really allow their store to go this long with such a problem as Im sure they have lost a lot of money due to it, so what does that then leave? If not for lack of maintenance then that only leaves the possibility that they're doing it on purpose to people, which if that is the case is really wrong. So many people being turned away, so much revenue being lost. Whatever the case is maybe one day that card reader will be fixed…

I spent over $80 and me and my whole family got sick I will never eat there again what's going on there that 8 people got horribley sick DONT EAT HERE🤢🤮🤮🤮🚽

One employee was da bomb the others where in to much of a rush mafe me have missing items and no straws ketchup. Normally north east wendys is great but the dark haired young guy needs better training and reading details the lady who too my order abd fixed his mess up had the most awesome braids and diff colors in them.

So I bought dinner at Wendy’s told them no ranch or cheese on the wrap as my wife is allergic my wife had a few bites not knowing there’s cheese now she’s being sick won’t recommend Wendy’s if you have allergies not the first time

Literally never posted a review before, but this was such a surprisingly great Wendy's I felt compelled! Went through the drive thru after midnight tonight on a late road trip, and found the food delicious and the service very pleasant! Thanks for the burg!! 🍔🍔🍔
Lukewarm fries, cup filled halfway full of ice, nickel and dimed for every modification or change. So you basically get the typical fast food experience that you're guaranteed to get these days in this state and this area. The added bonus is that it costs over $30 for two large meals. What a deal!
*** Also, as a side note, if anybody actually reads these things. Check your orders if you ever are getting additional fries on top of any sort of free fries or deal you get in the app. It seems like at least 50% of the time I add on something from the app that has fries in addition to the free/discounted ones, they are incapable of reading and actually getting the order correct.

This might be one of the absolute worst Wendy’s locations in existence.
After several attempts to give them another chance, they’ve proven time and time again they simply can’t get it right. The service is consistently terrible — slow, careless, and flat-out unprofessional.
To make matters worse, they’ll waste 25 minutes of your time in the drive-thru only to announce at the window that they’re not accepting cards — cash only. No signs, no warnings, just a complete disregard for customers’ time and common courtesy.
It’s honestly pathetic how little effort or communication this location puts into basic service. If you value your time, patience, or sanity, avoid this Wendy’s at all costs.

I went through the drive through. Hamburgers appeared to be cold. Even worse, you take a bite into it. There's no lettuce on the sandwich and the tomato was a little bit bigger than the size of a quarter. Why doesn't the hamburger look like the pictures on the wall or on the sign? Needless to say I won't be going back to this location
