First time so was pretty excited... but the older lady waitress was disappointing...she was impatient and rude and just not giving a welcoming vibe...and to think there was a new waitress-trainee following her ..she should have showed how it is to give excellent customer service... the new waitress trainee was super nice tho...she made sure she checked on us and make us feel welcomed and serviced good...

Goyza and rainbow roll are a must. I usually get the volcano Ramen with pork, but tonight got katsu don. Clean amd good service.

Waited an extra HOUR for my pickup order. The servers were also VERY rude and gave attitude problems simply because I asked for extra soy sauce. Will not be going here again, the Towson location has far kinder and quicker service.

Everything about this place was average. Nothing to really compliment in my opinion. This is the fourth location I’ve been to of this franchise and probably rates 3 or 4. The one in gambrills and Columbia is much better in terms of service and food quality.

Atmosphere was nice, but the servers were very rude!! The lady with glasses who was taking my order rushed me & rolled her eyes while I was deciding what I wanted. Charged me extra for the incorrect bowl & the guy server took my food when I wasn’t even finish eating !! Food was ok but no flavor. The one In towson is so much better
