It’s your typical Applebees experience. Not sure what took so long to get waited on at the beginning but otherwise no issues. We sat at the bar. Food was good.

How disgusting this place is. I hate writing bad reviews but this is something everyone I think needs to see. Last night 1/16/26 we sat at the bar to have some drinks. Ordered some appetizers food came out fast but not hot. It was ehhh. Main problem was the bartender. I watched him stick his hands in drinks to pull out pieces of stuff. Pouring so fast working way too fast splashing liquids all of the place even got alcohol on my phone sitting on the bar. Absolutely disgusting watching how un sanitary this bartender was. The bar smelled like old food that had been sitting on the bar for a while. I will never be back here again. The health department shall make a visit here.

Our server Cliff, was not professional enough, he was short with us, the food was cold, we didn't complain about it, we figured we would just warm it up when we got home, the young lady at the bar, was helpful, I ordered my burger to go from her, since Cliff forgot, I forget her name but she got frustrated and asked where was the bartender, she was over it, Im guessing she wasn't supposed to be bartending, I don't know if you guys were short staffed that night,but it was absolutely horrible, now Cliff was doing a lot by himself, maybe that was the issue, actually I noticed a tall, black man, im guessing he was a manager because of the way he was dressed, I think he could have moved with a little more urgency, I will never visit the Applebee's again and the service reflected in the tip.

Applebee's in white marsh..ordered chicken parmesan fettuccine. THE FETTUCCINE NOODLES WERE DRY AND STARTING TO CURL ON THE EDGES...THE SAUCE AND CHEESE ON THE TOP WAS NOT FRESH AND APPEALING. IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD SAT IN A WARM OVEN OVERNIGHT. THE CHICKEN PATTY WAS OLD AND DRY LOOKING AS WELL. All the servers n kitchen staff were giggling until I gave it to the manager and sent it back.He offered to have it made over fresh or I could order something else.I thanked him but declined..I ve worked as a Manager in food service and retired.And I would not have served that to a dog..Nor do I recommend that any one spends their money here.Tip for servers..Never judge a book by its cover.Just because someone isn't dressed up doesn't mean they don't have thousands in their pocket.

Today started off as a really great day. My family and I had just gone ice-skating and decided it would be nice to sit down and enjoy a meal together afterward, especially during the holiday season. Unfortunately, our experience at Applebee’s was extremely disappointing.From the start, our server was very unwelcoming. His attitude was bland, rushed, and not cheerful at all. I tried to brush it off at first, but he seemed quick to rush through our order and move on without really paying attention.When the food started coming out, we were told that everyone else’s meals were rung in as appetizers, so they came out first which I already found strange considering all I ordered was a chicken Caesar salad. Then the mistakes continued. I was first brought a Parmesan pasta that wasn’t mine. Shortly after, I was brought a chicken Alfredo, which also wasn’t my order. I informed the staff both times that the food was incorrect. By this point, about 30–45 minutes had passed, and everyone else at my table had finished eating while I still had no food. Nearly an hour later, I was tired, starving, and frustrated. I eventually asked them to cancel my order because I no longer wanted it. As a service member, I was really looking forward to simply enjoying a peaceful meal with my family during the holidays, and instead I left hungry and upset. I truly believe that if the server hadn’t been so rushed and dismissive, this situation could have been avoided.Customer service especially during the holidays should be warm and attentive. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today, and it’s something that really needs to be addressed.
Great experience all around. We will return. Dining room wasn't full.

It was our first time and it was really good. We went to the one in Nottingham Commons. Our server Clifft was amazing, he told us about the dessert and omg! He was right, it was delicious. Thank you!

We ordered the 2 for $25. Made us shit ourselves. My boyfriend still has the shits the next day, it is horrible. The food isn’t that good, but the waiter was.

I picked up my order and was supposed to wait until they came to the car. I had to end up getting out of the car anyway because they forgot to put tomatoes on my chicken sandwich. The fried chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked. My buffalo wings was a little rubbery and barely had any buffalo wing sauce on it. When i got home I put my wings in the oven to get a crispy skin and added more wing sauce on it.

We visited this location and were told they closed in 20 minutes. We said we wanted take out and the first thing the woman says to us was, “I didn’t believe them, who could be trying to order something this late?!?” It was 10:35 pm and they close at 11:00pm. We decided not to stay because they obviously didn’t want our business. Applebees, y’all have to do better.

The AC was pumped up to high on a cool evening. Our waiter was running around, trying to wait on too many tables, then wore himself OUT..now catching attitudes cause he was tired. Overall the food was tasty
