Banditos Tacos & Tequila White Marsh

This place is terrible !! Food is subpar but that’s not the worst part. We ate there for lunch (not busy) and we were basically ignored outside. I saw the waiter go to the other tables inside multiple times before coming out to us. It took 20 minutes to get the check, it was bad. We were never asked if we needed anything. The best part is that the waiter reached out to me on Facebook and said “thanks for the no tip. I hope you have the day you deserve” like that’s a little uncalled for. Unprofessional. Do not go here unless you want to be harassed.

A different twist on typical Tacos. Fresh and vibrant flavors, with an extensive selection. The Margaritas selection is awesome. .

Nachos were on the money and the drinks were actually liquor

Amazing food unfortunately ruined by lackluster service. My girlfriend and I arrived at 7:30 and immediately got a seat since it wasn't very busy. It took our server 20 minutes to greet us even though it seemed like a slow night. The menu seemed exciting and we had high hopes for our food. When it came out, the food looked amazing and probably would've tasted amazing, but it was luke-warm at best. It was still pretty good, but I can only imagine how it would've tasted served hot. I am unsure the standard protocol at this restaurant, but I am curious if my server let my food sit out and that is why it didn't arrive hot (the person who ran our food was not our server). My glass sat empty for most of the time we spent there, though the server did give me one refill about ten minutes after our food arrived. Our server didn't check back on us for a very long time, even for a while after we had finished our food. It was a little after nine when our server brought our check, which came with added gratuity! I paid but asked if I could speak with a manager about my disappointing service. The manager told me the gratuity is automatically added after 9pm. If that's your policy, that's fine! But we would've been out of there long before nine if we had proper service. I explained to the manager how disappointing my service was, but she just made excuses for the server and said that she was dealing with a large party. I worked in the industry while I was in college, I have never seen a manager justify poor service by blaming another party. The manager also failed to make me feel like she was listening to my feedback, and was only focused on sending me home with some chips and guacamole to solve the problem.

A message to the owner: You have an incredible kitchen with an incredible menu! Your front of house ruined my experience. It is a shame that such amazing food was brought down by something as simple as service. I am less disappointed in the server, but I am very upset with how your manager handled my feedback.

Great place to have food and drinks. In the heart of the avenue! Try the monster muerto with salt on the rim!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the bar. The staff was incredibly rude; one of the bartenders actually picked up my son's gold fronts and threw them in the trash! To make matters worse, they then insisted that the security cameras shows me picking them up off the floor wrapped in a napkin, which was completely untrue.

On top of that, the food was subpar as well. The taco shells were served cold, which made the entire meal unappetizing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to endure.

Nice outdoor view of the stage lawn area during the summer, and a great view of the ice skating rink in the winter.

The enchiladas were fine, not amazing but enjoyable. The tortillas for the tacos were not really toasted, so even though the fillings were good, the taco bit of the taco was not right.

The food here was really good! I had my first Street Corn and it was really good! We got our food fast and Hot! Our service was great and the atmosphere was very nice!
