I wish you would have more clarity on your sale items. I purchased a gun safe that was on sale for $399. , BUT was charged full tax for the original price $799($48). I know it's only around $24. but when your retired every penny counts. After several calls to the corporate office they still refused to reimburse me the $24. I would be OK if it was disclosed on the add. it's listed as $799 on sale for $399
(save 50%). There were no mention of rebate/coupon. I guess time to move on to the competition store.

Been a long time member. Gas prices as great with credit card, but my car has been in their shop for 5 days now waiting for tires to get installed. And i had an appointment!!!! The tires were ordered and have been there for a week. I’m about to go there and put them on myself!!! How long does it take?

Employees are some of the laziest I’ve met. Told me they have no Samsung sound bars for TVs. I found five different sizes and price ranges in a different location than where they are usually put.

I was at BJ’s today. I had paper coupons and got near the cashier area and saw a sign that said you needed electronic coupons only. So I get to the cashier and she wanted to scan my card. Then she says you need tge electronic coupons when she sees my paper coupons. I says I’m trying to pull up the electronic ones. Then she says well you need to scan them BEFORE I scan to your card. I’m like “what?”. So I tell her you can have half of the items in my cart back and I take them

not during this COVID 19. Shocked at how many people were allowed in the club at one time. check out lines around inside of store blocking aisle and products. No sanitation of carts. They should take a look at COSTCO who is really going above and beyond to protect employees and customers during this difficult time. I do normally like shopping there but it is chaos now.
