I get Thanksgiving is a busy day however I was on the phone over a freaking hour for curbside pick up.
I just had hip surgeryand therefore have a hard time getting in and out of a car hence why I ordered it this way.
They never did answer!!!!!! So much for my Thanksgiving dinner. Guess people like me don't count in this big business world.

Food was ok, had double meat breakfast. Seemed like eggs were small and portion size for hash browns small as well. Coffee price seemed rather high ($3.50 for a cup).

My hubby, daughter and I came to Bob Evans to grab a bite to eat. My daughter ordered the chicken strips with fries, which was plenty!! My hubby ordered the honey chicken, which was amazingly scrumptious. That honey glaze was some kind of good! I decided to order the pot roast w/gravy😋 broccoli and mashed potatoes. My broccoli was cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes nice and creamy and my pot roast was so tender and delicious! Let me not forget about the dinner rolls, which were warm and soft when they brought to the table. Hats off to the chef and to our waitress who was very polite and attentive to our needs! P.S. we were full and happy when we left the restaurant. Oh and we all had beverages and we had gotten refills. All for under $60. 😊

The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The gm always came out to check to make sure everyone was good. I appreciated that. I always pass this info to as many people I know as I can. Excellent place to bring kids and family.

i’ve been here twice within the last few months. both times i had to wait over 20 mins for a table with no one else waiting on a table. i’ve had terrible waiters. the food takes forever to come out. plus, the food is just okay. not as good as it used to be.
The bathroom is nasty and smells like sewage on more then one occasion. Not enough staff to accommodate the customers.

Ordered a Farmhouse feast for Thanksgiving. Service was fast, efficient, excellent!! Staff was courteous and food was amazing! Would definitely recommend for catering your next holiday!
