I ordered through DoorDash and they didn’t give my order any respect or love. The pancakes were burnt badly, no seasoning on eggs whatsoever nor was any seasoning used on potatoes. I understand people having problems with over seasoned food but a pinch of salt and pepper could’ve went a long way. I pay bob evan prices for bob Evan quality food. This was hood corner store food. 2/10

The location is closer to home, but not their best location. Jordan is a phenomenal server, but seems to do it all. They need more staffing for thisnlocation to flourish. The grounds need to some loving too. Not exactly welcoming :(

I can't rate the food as we didn't eat there. There were about 10 cars on the parking lot and our group of 3 was told there would be a bit of a wait to be seated.

Staff was super friendly and they were patient with our questions as we hadn’t been there in a while. The food was good, potatoes were a little undercooked. Wasn’t too busy on a Wednesday night, but we had a good time!

This was the worst breakfast I've ever had from a restaurant. Inedible. As a former professional cook, I can confidently say that NOTHING is easier to cook than the breakfasts that i/my coworkers ordered. Notwithstanding that it was burnt, not cooked to temp, and tasted of a grill that is too hot/needs to be cleaned. Wait staff was lovely but the store is mismanaged and doesnt staff real cooks. Be forewarned.

I used to love this place but they have really gone downhill. It took forever to get our food. My husband's meal came out but only part of mine. The hash browns were raw except for the outside. The replacement hash browns were the same just a little more burnt on the outside. Somehow they came out quickly. My French toast, which came out a good 10 minutes after the rest of the meal, was missing the bananas I requested. When she did bring the bananas they were in a bowl that she pretty much dropped on the table. The waitress never really checked on us. At the end of the meal she laid the check down and said I'm going to leave this here so I don't have to come back. I guess we were a problem for her. The food, besides the hash browns, was okay but not what it used to be. Even the sausage gravy was just okay and that's why we went there. We have gotten bad service in the past but this was the last time. Guess we'll stick with I Hop.

On 3/10/24, we took our two granddaughters out for lunch at Bob Evans on route1 in Nottingham. We were seated relatively quickly, and a waitress came to our table with 5 minutes to take our drinks and food order. Unfortunately, 35 to 40 minutes past and tables around us who were seated after us all received their food, We had not. Finally, the waitress comes back to our table to inform us that she did not place our order. Completely frustrated, we got up and left. We didn't even have a manager approach us to address this issue. Nevertheless, this will be the LAST time we eat at that Bob Evans in which we've been doing for 20 years plus. This clearly is a managerial problem, and I'd guess this will be just another Bob Evans restaurant that closed because of poor service. So sad!

We left because the waitresses fought over who would seat us. They did not even care they were losing customers

Food took over 30 minutes. They were out of white bread / toast so we ordered biscuits. Once our food finally arrived we were told biscuits would be another 15 minutes. Waitress was very nice, place could use a cleaning.

Do not come here on a weekend. It is pure chaos. There was pushing and shoving, people were sitting on top of one another in the waiting area. I couldnt go through the second door to request a time frame or get a reserved number. I tried and i got shoved. Its clearly an amazing restaurant but it is NOT worth being body checked to eat.

It's better than IHOP, but doesn't come close to your local diner.
