I bought wings and fries. The fries are always terrible. They are too little in size. They are like have a fry size and they get cold quick. I will not buy fries any more.

I've been coming here for over 17 years. I live very close by. Had many great times here. Recently, the staffing is a major issue. Just today, the staff told me they don't have the manpower to get the food out on time. I appreciate the staff honesty. It is not their fault. This is a major management problem if I'm being told at the door I won't get timely service.

My boyfriend placed an order at 10:10pm on free wing night. Sat in the waiting room 45 minutes watching every single person get handed their takeout bag. At 10:58pm, he is told they will have to issue him a refund because they “don’t have anything” … mind you the restaurant did not close until 11pm and we placed the order well before closing time. We came home from the orioles game hungry, continued to wait almost an hour, and then we are told he will get a refund in 7 days. Not including any free wings that we were supposed to be given tonight.
Food night be good, I wouldn't know. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes and never saw an employee. Tries to get a table instead, stood up front for 10 minutes. 1 employee asked if I need help, I said yes, and never seen anyone again.

Please think twice before ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings, White Marsh location. Ordered a BLT to go, was told 10 mins (no customer at time of ordering). Returned 15 mins later to pick up the order, the cashier said, oh, that's right, you ordered a BLT.. it'll be another five minutes and went into the back.. 30 mins later with a line of now 6 people all waiting on orders. The cook came out, to see what everyone was waiting on. After 50 minutes i received my to go BLT, I couldn't even get a refund as the cashier/to go server never came back out and the cook didn't know how to use the register. I will repeat again...Please think twice before you're spending your money at this location.

I had ordered take out and was very disappointed! The wine was undercooked! The skin was still white covered with sauce. They should know by the way that they look that they were not done! A waste of time and money! I will never go back! Health department needs to shut them down
