Awesome bartender who did everything herself for the shift. Wings delicious, just make sure u ask for equal flats or they will give u all drums and 1 flat!!!

Went in tonight at 7:24, no one was at the stand to seat us, not really a problem but they had no sign instructing the customers to seat themselves so I waited at the front. 2 workers looked directly at me and continued on instead of asking if I needed to be sat so I took it upon myself to seat myself. After I sat, I waited for 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge my presence and take my order, no such luck even though 2 more employees were sitting next to the bar holding a conversation and once again looked directly at me and didn’t acknowledge me as a customer so I left. Just to note it was NOT BUSY there was no reason why I would need to ask an employee to do their job.

Placed a $100 dollar order and they forgot half the wings. then called manger all he could say is I could get a refund that would take 5-7 business days. wings were cold and not good. I don't recommend this place at all.. def not worth the money.. I will never go there again..

First time at BWW and last. Food took over 30mins to get here. Never got the appetizer i ordered, bacon burnt on my burger, stale fries and cold wings. Very disappointed. Granted I still ate everything but I was hungry hungry so had no othe choice.

I ordered 3 of their 20 piece boneless wings, each with their own sauces. I also upgraded 2 of them to large potato wedges and ordered a chocolate chip cookie. I was extremely disappointed to find that NONE of the sauces were included, we got 2 small potato wedges rather than the large we paid to upgrade for, and we are missing the cookie altogether. It’s really not hard to fulfill an order especially when it’s done online and all written out for you to simply read. Not happy with this experience and will never recommend this location.

This is genuinely the first review I’ve ever written and most likely the last one. We ordered our food and it took over an hour for it to come. 3 Tables came after and received their food before us. Our food was freezing cold, somehow the ranch was hotter than the wings. Hair was all over the place. My burger bun was hard enough to be used as a hockey puck. I wish I could’ve given this place -5 stars. You couldn’t pay me to come back. It blows my mind that this place hasn’t been shut down.

I don’t think you could offer a more miserable dining experience than this Buffalo Wild Wings offers. We waited 30 minutes for someone to get our drinks, but since they weren’t the server they couldn’t take our food order. So after another 30-45 minutes our server finally decided to come over and take our order and that was the last time we saw her until we asked for our checks to leave. Half of our group’s food came out and then after 30 more minutes and asking 2-3 other people working there where the rest of our group’s food was 2 of the last 3 orders came out with one person never receiving their food. Everyone was refilling their own drinks. At one point, they were chanting for someone filling his drink and the employees were cheering along. Pathetic doesn’t even begin to describe whoever is running things here. You are better off going to Dave and Buster’s next door, driving to Bel Air or another BWW location, or even setting your money on fire than getting anything remotely close to decent service.

Management if you see this please you guys have to do something. I came here with 3 buddy’s and we were here for a total of 4 hours. Within those 4 hours our waiter came up to us once. We had to beg to get water and the little amount of food we got was actually not bad but god it felt like I was a peasant begging for food. This is actually sad and I wouldn’t even come back to dine here if someone payed me. Safe to say I will never come back to this place as it is THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

The biggest night for the all you can eat deal and they seem completely understaffed. I do not blame the servers at all, they felt deeply sorry and continued to apologize but whatever happened in the kitchen on April 24th should never happen again. Ruined a good deal with the slowest service I have seen with my two eyes.

Food was incorrect, but God forbid getting it corrected no servers in sight. Service was atrocious 30 minutes before we were asked for drinks (couldn't put in food because the person was not the actual server and could only get drinks), 15 minutes before receiving drinks, 45 minutes for half of us to get food and the starters didn't come before entrees but did get them after, another 35 minutes before receiving the rest of the food but we still did not have one of our orders. Finally gave up and asked for checks. Literally had people in other parties getting their own refills.

I’m beyond disappointed with my experience at this place. I came in expecting a quick and decent meal, but what I got was the complete opposite. I ordered buffalo mild wings, and not only did it take over an hour for my food to arrive, but when it finally did, it was cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Absolutely no flavor, and definitely not fresh.

The worst part wasn’t even the food—it was the complete lack of professionalism from the staff. No one checked in to update me on my order, no one apologized for the delay, and it genuinely felt like they didn’t care whether customers were satisfied or not. I had to go up and ask multiple times just to find out what was going on with my order, and every time I got vague, dismissive responses.

It’s clear that this place is poorly managed. There was zero communication, zero sense of urgency, and zero effort to make the experience right. For a place that specializes in wings, they couldn’t even get the basics right. Cold wings, long wait, and terrible service—what more can go wrong?

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one was well-deserved. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that values its customers and actually serves hot, quality food. I definitely won’t be back.

They got worse costumers service I had ever seen, I had never try they food I pass near by and I decided to give them a chance I look at they schedule to see what time they close I see they close 11pm I arrive there by 10:15 as soon as I pass they door cashier don’t even say hi , he just said they close and he’s no longer taking orders I told him my order was to go and he refused to take my order .that’s really sad because I really want to try they food . But instead of getting new costumer they lost one.
