Our waitress Nicole was terrible ..... I came in with my children it took forever for her to acknowledge us after being seated by hostess when we finally did order we waited about 40 minutes no food no communication from the waitress no refills on our drinks NOTHING..finally I asked another waitress if she could find our waitress and when she came over I asked if we could just pay for drinks and go mind you I only ordered a appetizer and two kids meals ....after all that she tried to keep the money for the drinks as her tip no maam I need a receipt then she took two drinks off only charged for one and gave me back the change

I came here on a Friday afternoon to grab lunch with a coworker and it seems like only two people were working in the whole restaurant. Our food was supposed to be ready at 12:30 when we arrived at 12:40 the food was still not ready. When we got here they said we are out of one of the sauces we had ordered, like why was a call not made about this issue. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!!

came in at 9pm tonight, didn't get out the door until 10:40. Ordered 4 appetizers, took an hour for food to come, only one other table present and four guests at the bar only drinking. Terrible terrible service. Food came out cold. Waiter was couldn't have been more careless. Past two visits here have been the exact same... now i remember why i stopped coming here!

Pick 6 is goated. Service is personal. Food takes awhile but it does the job and there are tv's abound to keep you distracted. Add the 3.99 ice cream cookie bowl to the 6er for an epic dismount. 😎

The Buffalo Wild Wings at White Marsh has the worst customer service. There were about 10 to 15 people waiting for their pickup orders, but no one was available to assist. After 15–20 minutes, one of the customers asked for help, and shockingly, the employees in the kitchen started laughing. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes to get my order. To make matters worse, the wings were extremely salty. I would recommend avoiding this location altogether.

I bought wings and fries. The fries are always terrible. They are too little in size. They are like have a fry size and they get cold quick. I will not buy fries any more.

I've been coming here for over 17 years. I live very close by. Had many great times here. Recently, the staffing is a major issue. Just today, the staff told me they don't have the manpower to get the food out on time. I appreciate the staff honesty. It is not their fault. This is a major management problem if I'm being told at the door I won't get timely service.
