I used to love this place, but it's pretty average now. My Beyond Burger was sloppily made and the patty was almost twice the size of the bun. My wife's chicken sandwich was bland and unremarkable. The food quality overall seems to have dropped significantly from when they opened, especially compared against the price. No real surprise the company has filed for Chapter 11.

Angela (I’m assuming is the shergirl at the register since that what my receipt says. She has terrible customer service skills. While I was ordering she was not paying me any attention she was worried about some guy bending over. Then to top it she doesn’t know what comes on the sandwiches. Also I waited 32 mins for a milkshake and then to find out it was no ice cream. I asked the first girl where my shake was and she stared at me. Then the short black girl come and told me. The same black girl nicely fixed the machine and told Angela to make the shake but no Angela was staring at her like she can’t hear. Every time the black girl was talking the other workers acted like they can’t hear her. Also she was the only one cleaning and everything

I came back two days after I tasted their Yes,Chef burger because it was deliciooooous... every bite was bursting with flavors...it was so hard to explain... But a bit disappointed because it wasn't as good the second time around... I would have given it 5 stars if they're consistent with it
