Honestly the food here is average and I’m cool with it for my high protein intake. After the gym 2-3 times weekly i stop in. And tonight made me realize how serious customer service matters. Any other night the employees will conversation or atleast smile and speak. But there’s 1 manager in particular that always makes my day better when I come there.! Forgive me I can’t remember her name at the moment but she is short with a lower lip ring. She’s funny, lil bit loud, very approachable, amazing with customers. Tonight I actually left without my food it was that horrible in all aspects. Which made me realize how much one person or maybe one good manager and her team influence the business. I will be back but I will check who is running it first. Captivated & Concerned Customer 1 star for tonight’s experience , 5 stars for 12/9 my last visit before 12/12 tonight. (Oh yea, Manager tonight couldn’t assist me either- apparently there was a language barrier) 🤯 MIND BLOWN. (Can someone give the schedule of lip ring manager, so ppl know what nights to choose CAVA, js)
