I wouldnt give this Chic fil a location a ranking at all but this is all I could do for starters I just so happen to place a order through DoorDash because I was getting my daughter together for Her hair appointment So I decided to order The family chic fil a I went to eat mine mine and I’m guessing the Chicken was chopped on not sure but what I do know is I never have gotten a sandwich like that since I live close on my way out I shop by to return my sandwich and I showed the picture to the manager and he stood there just looking at me like okay I don’t see what the problem is. And I’m like it’s almost a half a chicken sandwich so the manger ask to see my phone and went to I guess compare the picture to the other sandwich then he basically gave me a new sandwich and gave me phone back as if I was a liar so I ask if I could have something for my inconvenience he walked away and went on to do something else and in the moment I really thought he was going to give me an extra sandwich just something and hw left me standing there so then I said excuse me is that a yes or no I was really nice and he says I gave you the sandwich NO and I asked for his boss and told him I spent a lot with chic fil a that I didn’t appreciate how he treated me and he jump nasty with me and basically said your not the only customer that spends a lot of money with chix fil his name is Nick Sr Manager I believe . I’ve worked in customer mostly all my life and I know work in back off for a bank I’ve never Disrespected a customer the way they treat me and to be honest I whole heartedly believe it’s because I am African American. But I will no longer be patronizing Chic fil a I have a lot points I guess they will be going to waste.

I rarely write a bad review, but this business is awful and has been for a while now. They consistently forget to pack an entire order. There is nothing like getting home and finding half of your order is not in the bag, and they gave my kids one pack of dipping sauce for 12 nuggets 😒. Newsflash: if you are going to charge top dollar, make sure your service (and food) aren't trash. You have 25 people there at any given time, and they typically have no clue what is going on; it is constant chaos. Oh, and let me tell you, when you don't put my items in the bag, give me my money back. I do not want to come back and get them later. The moment has passed.

After having to repeat my order about 3 times the girl still somehow rung it up incorrectly?? My whole order was incorrect and the one things she did get right(adding pepper jack cheese to my order) the people making the food forgot to add the cheese! I did go 30 mins before closing so maybe they had a long day but this was a wast of money because i literally don’t want it , it’s not what i ordered ?
