I'm not sure why this place is rated 3.6 the food and service is genuinely amazing. My family's been getting food from here since I can remember, the food has always been amazing along with the service and atmosphere, the prices have always been great too.
I was a regular customer. Ordered several times a month, sometimes at least once a week. Last time I ordered my usual order via phone, everything seemed fine. When I arrived to pick up, I was charged more than usual. I had substituted an ingredient, which I always did, but was charged $6 extra ($2 per sushi roll) this time. Had I been told when I placed the order, I would not have had an issue. The lack of notification is my issue. Why wasn't I told while placing the order? They lost my business.

The negative reviews aren't true! We've been loyal customers for over 15 years and love this restaurant. The food is the best in Baltimore County. On weekends, pick-up orders can take at least 25 minutes since your order is among many others, but that's because they're always busy.

Another once great place that has gone down. My online order was supposed to take 20 minutes, but took more than 40 minutes. Everything was greasy and flavorless. This was a Monday night and they didn’t seem very busy, so my guess is they somehow overlooked my order.
Instead of the appetizers that came with my meal, the lady at the front gave me a larger entree portion. Too bad the entree was terrible and thrown away. Almost $60 on carry out dinner for two and we’d have done better just going to the food court!
