The last time I visited this location the staff was horrible. Whether it was the staff dropping F-Bombs, gangsta rap, or the general lack of awareness for being a family atmosphere. I give negative 5 stars. I do not plan on returning....ever!

My whole family was so excited to come here today for the first time, we arrived at 7.35pm today Saturday 9/30 and this sign was on the door! I would said nothing thinking maybe they really had an inconvenience but I am reading this is the “usual”. They are not respecting business hours, is someone doing anything about it? Seems like management don’t care at all.

If you think of going to this place during the last hour it open, don't. They denied us service as 7:45 pm. We watched a family in front of us get their order taken at 7:45 and despite us being in line they told us no. My little kids were so disappointed and wondered why they couldn't make us two donuts despite them being open. I don't understand either, in short they lost my future business there. Go to Dunkin Donuts or grocery store instead, they have better customer service.

It was about an hour and a half trip up to this waste of space -- went up for our wedding anniversary for a nice breakfast treat. Wanted to use the bathroom for the trip back home and was told it was only for employees. 1. That is against the health code .... 2. For a paying customer who is spending 30.00 for some really bad donuts ... it's the least you could do. In regard to the donuts -- worst ive ever had. Nothing like the pictures -- goop just glopped on the donut -- Donut didnt taste like a donut -- more like fried dough. Just terrible -- Will never repeat.

Reach out to Corporate, no reply. What a shame. This location has very bad customer service. Family drove 45 mins to get to the store and the workers inside closed early at 8pm instead of 9pm as posted on website and listed on illuminated sign on window. Door hours said closed at 10 pm. Workers ignored us and gave no reason for closing early.

Sooo disappointed. Drove 45 minutes to get here and they were closed. Said they were open until 9 online. Open signs were on but they locked the door and wouldn’t let us in at 8:40. We understand wanting to close early, but you should at least be open until the listed hours. Love the donuts but sooo upset with the constant terrible service.

duck donuts are so good. They are freely made with whatever toppings you would like. The donuts are hot when you receive them. The lemonade is delicious. Customer's service was decent. Donuts are a little pricey so this is not your everyday donut shop but donuts are definitely worth it.

Walked in 5 minutes before closing (I did not realize and I'm sorry I know that's annoying) and the two employees were awesome. Not only great service but they gave us free little cinnamon sugar donuts AND 4 EXTRA DONUTS! This may of been a mistake but it sure made me and my boyfriend happy! ? Thanks Duck!
this place is ducking amazing. yes i meant ducking. the donuts were FABULOUS and so were the expressos. this place is way better then dunkin’ donut. the blonde girl who works there is EXCELLENT. she makes the donuts with love and desire. she needs a raise or a promotion A S A P.

I went to this location on 5/5 and the donuts were awful. There was only 1 employee working who was not friendly at all. I chalked it up to her having to work alone. I ordered a 1/2 dozen of assorted flavors with the intention of my family each getting the chance to taste a piece of each. What we got looked nothing like the pictures. All of the donuts were made with the same batter and they were so hot when the icing was put on, the bottom of the box was a huge mess of all of the icing melded together.

These are some of the best donuts I've ever had. We usually order online, which is super convenient with a big family. The donuts come out warm and fluffy. Customer service is a hit or miss but the donuts make up for it.

Love that donuts are fresh and dressed on the spot. $3 a donut can be a little steep but the variety is pretty impressive.

I arrived to this location on Saturday (3/4/23) at 7:40pm & the door was locked - I could see a woman working in the back, but no one in the front area. (this establishment is advertised to close at 9pm). I went back to my car and waited- during that time period I saw 6 other people walk up to the door to try to get in & were disappointed as well seeing that this establishment was not open as advertised. I waited until 8:04pm and saw that not any employee walked up to unlock the door. I then called the business phone number, a woman answered. I mentioned that the front door was locked and the employee said to me that they were on a “Break” because they just had a “rush”- she said that they would be opening the door back up within another 15 minutes. As I proceeded to ask about if they were closing earlier than advertised, the woman hung up the phone.This is absolutely HORRIBLE for business, and my family and I will not be returning. I will also be sharing with others about the service (or lack thereof, in which was received). Keeping these type of employees will ruin your business.
