I ordered an English muffin egg and cheese, with white cheddar cheese. 50% of the time they get my order wrong. The muffin is not toasted and the wrong cheese is used. Also - decaf means decaf. You can’t give caffeine beverages to someone who requested decaf especially if they’re pregnant. This is reckless and unsafe. The employees need to pay more attention when making orders. This is unacceptable.

For some reason the man serving us wasn’t understanding our order. Then when we were getting our food they forgot about one of our drinks and had us sitting out a window for longer than needed. Don’t go here if you’re on a time crunch, especially the drive thru.

I usually love this Dunkin, always fast and the food is almost always right. But everytime I order a sweet tea from here it takes like lemony cleaning supplies. Not sure what this is but I hope it gets resolved.

This dunkin donuts is actually one of the worst services with the employees now spent with my mother wanting to have an iced coffee and the only thing we got was that they will treat us badly the window employee yelled at us she didn't let us finish taking the order we thought the Iva finished drinking at the window and it wasn't she screamed ugly with a bad way it has been my worst experience….
