Great food and service but the salsa is lacking quite a bit.

This place is and, in my eyes, has always been one of my favorite. Today however (9/8/25 - 3:31pm), I was surprised to see a man soliciting at our table the minute we were seated. He dropped a laminated card with some story about his family and a red rose at some tables to then circle back to collect donations came back to collect payment (donations?). I’m surprised to see this type of practice in this establishment and no one there to chase him out.

We really really enjoyed our visit here! We were seated immediately and our server was quick and kind. The menu had a nice little cheat sheet at the front which was really nice and helpful. We got chicken chimichungas and steak fajitas. The chimichungas had crip fried edges and the veggies in the fajitas were cooked nicely and not raw anywhere. The queso and salsa are yummy. The rice is really good too. 10/10 cant wait to go back.

Great food and service

For Texmex food in the northern part of the US, this restaurant hit the spot. Very good food. The service was excellent.

5 stars every time, service wasn't the best but it was Cinco de mayo so I'm sure they had alot going on

I just ordered from there tonight. Missing half my order. Called the restaurant and fox ordering support number and no one answered. Never again! 😡

I never go to El Salto in Parkville, which I live near. The El Salto in Perry Hall has much better food. My favorite is Texas Nachos, but everything is good. My only complaint (if I had to complain) is that the beef platter is a little too salty but still very good. Highly recommend this location.

Best Mexican spot in Maryland. I love Mexican food and I've tried a lot of my places, none come close. This place is the best! Between the price, the quality, the quantity and the flavor, please don't ever change. N for having two restaurants the consistency between the two?❤️
