I ordered with Uber eats and my order was wrong I wasn't the nicest about and the manager offered to come in the store and he'll do a refund not only did he give me a refund I got 2 cards and a. Meal. All I can say is thank you soooooo much and I apologize for being rude

Ordered online and was in and out quick with my order upon arrival. The staff greeted me as I walked in which was nice. The Five Guys burgers are always sensational, along with their generous helping of fries. You can never go wrong with Five Guys, and this location is nice clean, and properly run. Would definitely come back for more.

I love five guys and I’ve been to over a dozen locations in my life. I objectively think this one is the worst. They cheap out on the fries and cook them “burnt”. No lettuce at all, horrible employees, rude atmosphere and an unclean floor. I would recommend going to a different five guys location

Still great but 4 star because they have no kids meal it's very expensive to buy a few burgers for kids to much for them to eat and 11$ for plain burger. Also I feel like over the years maybe taste not as good as they once did but still amazing due to price only eat here sometimes with family. Family of 4 2 adults 2 kids will be about 60$

Ordered a Bacon cheeseburger and fries to go. Opened the wrapping, there was no burger. Just a roll, burnt bacon, onion, tomato and ketchup. Fries we so over salted, I couldn't eat them. The food is way to expensive to be this bad.
The manager was nice, prompt and apologetic and did refund my money quickly.
