The waitress was lousy. She wasn't trained. When she talks you can't hear her. She served the plates to one of us to pass it to who ordered it. It was 5 of us and everyone was served but I waited 10 more minutes for my food. The waitress don't know how to serve the food. Overall it was a lousy experience and we will NOT be returning there.

The sandwich was difficult to eat without using a knife and fork. Wish the pancakes were warmer and eggs cooked exactly as ordered....overall enjoyed breakfast.

If you give a nice tip. A thank would be nice. The manager needs to smile. Every time we come eye to eye. He has a frown. He walks around the restaurant with that face. The rest of the employees are great.

We love our IHOP. The staff here is so kind and sweet. The young man who served us was very pleasant and just let us rack up on sausage and bacon lol. He was so helpful in making sure our meals came out fresh and hot. Coffee fresh. The team worked with him in bringing our meals to us. The teamwork was exceptional. We will be back again ❤️

The waitress provided TERRIBLE service. He didn't bring cutlery or napkins until after the food had been served. The manager was also not very helpful to us even after we let him know what happened. Anyway, this need is not recommended for anyone. Customer service is the worst ever.
Edit: this is the ceiling of the restaurant. Can you imagine how dirty the air is? How does management not look up and see this filth? It makes me not trust the cleanliness of the kitchen.
The food was good, service mid and these dirty air vents and ceiling ruined the experience. I was wondering why the restaurant have become less and less crowded and I think I have my answer.

I ordered battered fish and shrimp,when I received my food, it was way overcooked,fish was hard as rock,I told waiter he said he canhave them make a another,I refuse,because my wife was almost finished her meal,female manager never came to our table to address the issue,very rude
