We love this spot. Everything is always delicious. Great Service.
We just ate at Kanji Sushi in White Marsh, and it was excellent! It’s technically an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but don’t expect a buffet—there’s no buffet line here. Instead, everything is made to order and served fresh right from the kitchen. You simply order off the menu, and the food comes out beautifully prepared and delicious every time.
We tried several specialty rolls and loved every one of them. Even the basic spicy tuna roll was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The menu also includes hibachi teriyaki rice, noodle dishes, and other hot entrées if you want to mix things up.
At about $30 per person (or $35 if you want sashimi), it’s a great deal considering the quality and freshness of the food. Honestly, the rolls and specialty sushi alone were more than enough for us.
Pro tip: Don’t waste time looking for a buffet when you arrive—everything is ordered right from your table, and that’s part of what makes it so good. Every dish arrives fresh, not sitting under a heat lamp.
My only regret? That my stomach wasn’t bigger—I wanted to try even more rolls! We’ll definitely be back.

Disappointed!. This is the White Marsh, MD location. Formally The Green Turtle..
I felt sorry I'm even feeling the need to comment on our bad experience, but I'm tired of thinking being quiet is a way to be kind and polite.
I believe in research before you purchase or eat places. I'm very happy and jealous of those that had a great experience.
Be sure you want to actually eat anything here before you even order a drink. Look the menu over, ask lots of questions, and take a walk around their buffet bar area as well as the sushi chef bar area.
They are very serious about any uneaten of food will be charged extra for their all you can eat. Which is fine if that's their rule, but what do you do when what you ate doesn't taste or settle well. ? Read on..
One of the people in our group left and chose to eat in the Mall's food court instead of ordering anything there. I wish I had too.
A la carte is very pricey. A small, dried out buffet and not hot, with questionable items that are not properly labeled. Nor enough space to access around which it is limited while other guest don't have manors.
All you can eat? Also pricey for limited choices and they fill you up with the abundance of rice in their rolls. Which leaves you bloated and full quick. Leaving you hungry an hr later. Sashimi is $5 extra.
Ido have to mention the Miso soup tasted like soap water. Don't waste your stomach space for it.
I didn't eat hardly anything because of feeling sick and nauseous hitting me rather quickly. Unapologetic by management, I didn't address it further, the group isn't coming back so there's no point.
Waitress was nice. Not the hostess/Manager.
Manager on duty was the hostess. She was rude and dismissive to everyone that walked in. She never smiled or said a Hello or anything nice. Even yelling to her staff while eating at the front hostess desk.
I'm not here to hurt their business, but in an economy where it is a privileged to go out to eat, everything matters. It an opportunity to be humble about being blessed to own a business and how quality and a positive experience goes a long way.

Checked this out at lunchtime with a simple bento box with miso soup, and ordered edamame on the side Good food. Fresh and tasty. So many interesting dishes on the menu. Will be back for dinner to try the buffet. Great location at the White Marsh Mall.

Staff was great very friendly. Sushi was ok which is normal for all you can eat places. It took a few minutes for us to receive our food.

I went here today with my friend for lunch, the waitress was very nice and prompt with our food. We finished eating and were chatting, just to see the sushi chef blow his nose with a tissue where he is cutting up the fish. He then proceeds to walk away, takes off his hat and runs his fingers through his hair. The blowing the nose was unsanitary and disgusting to see that was who was making my sushi. Never saw him wash his hands but proceed to go over to the hot bar.

Legitimately waited two hours for chicken teriyaki at an all you can eat buffet with a 90 minute time limit, and even then didn’t get everything we ordered. Don’t know if it’s because the server was messing up or what but would not come again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this new all you can eat Sushi restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant. The sushi was excellent and made fresh to order. The price is incredibly reasonable for what they offer. The service was amazing.

I have been here twice now and the experience has been excellent both times. There is a small hot buffet with fairly decent food. Appetizers are nice, especially the fish appetizers. There is a decent variety of sushi, many of which are more interesting combinations. I think the extra $5 for sashimi is well worth it, as you can then try out many fish on their own. Food comes out fairly fast as well.

The photos on Instagram are not representative of the establishment or its quality. The sushi while unlimited, was not of a considerable quality and could be compared to grocery store sushi. Additionally the service was underwhelming, as I had to request several times for a drink/drink refill, wave down my server for the next round of food requests... For the price of roughly 45$ per person, I do not expect michelin level service, but my hard earned money will go elsewhere in the future.
Amazing spot! The sashimi was super fresh and beautifully presented. Loved the variety and everything tasted great. Definitely coming back!
