Placed an order over an hour ago, driver waited for 25mins and then dropped the order as they still did not have it available. So cancelled the order and now waiting game to get refunds. The service is terrible, probably just yapping away and don’t care. This location is terrible.

Might as well just shut this location down. Have tried to get chicken here 4 times in the last year. Every single time they’re out of the only product in their name, chicken. Terribly ran location. Shame on management and the employees. But even more shame on corporate for allowing this to become an issue.

Kfc is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and Sometimes it's not. I don't like the way they changed the $10 Tuesday to legs and thighs only. Also when you earn points you have to pick items they want you to have. Not what you really want. Kfc never offer you any free food or half off when they mess up your order. All they do is apologize and thats it.

Went KFC PERRYHALL MD. WE WENT THUR THE DRIVE AND PLACED OUR ORDER AND HAD A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS THE GIRL WORKING THE DRIVE THUR WAS VERY SHORT WITH US AND DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH OUR QUESTIONS SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND QUITE IGNORANT GOT OUR FOOD GOT HOME THE CHICKEN WAS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY BASICALLY A WASTE $35. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CORPORATE WILL BE CONTACTED TOMORROW MORNING. TRIED CALLING AND STARTED TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THAT STORE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE A CHANGE TO EXPLAIN. Ever time i order online it place a order at this store and when it was delivered I open the bag up and It missing 2 of my sides and that are mashed potatoes and gravy and when I call for a refund I was denied so yes this 4th time this miss up

This is the 4th time. Every mobile order I have made they missed 2 to 3 items to the order. I literally wasted 1 hour drive every single time. I feel like they intentionally not adding the sides. Very bad service. I love Fires and Fired Chicken here. But horrible staff who keep forget things to add to your bag.

I usually don't do negative reviews but I'm hoping the right person sees this and I can make a change. It's been years of the same thing. Long ridiculous wait times for chicken. I was just told to wait 20 minutes for extra crispy which turned into 40 minutes. Thankfully I wasn't on lunch break because I would have had to leave my order. It's been like this for years, it's the only KFC in my area so I'm hoping this can be fixed. This has happened with my online order as well. Can we value customers times?!
Ordered online for my boys lunch and went to pick up food. Got back home to find out it’s missing the two of the side fries that my boys were expecting. Not a reasonable thing for me to drive back to the store and might not even get one. A lesson learned to check items before leaving store.

When I went grab my straw to take a drink of my tea, they not only forgot my straw but my large Mac and cheese as well. Turned around to get it then was given the wrong size. Guy at the window was also very rude. I'll never go to this location again. I'll stick with dundalk from now on.

Went to this location at 11:30 am today and the doors were locked. Employees were walking around inside the store looking at customers trying to get in and they didn't care they had customers outside. Hopefully this KFC location will be closed too.

The workers here are essentially useless past 9 pm. Multiple times I’ve come here and there is always a half hour wait. Tonight I ordered a sandwich meal and received no fork for Mac and cheese and no straw for my drink and the sandwich was cold. Go down to joppa road and just go to Popeyes, any money spent here is a waste.
