This place made me wait 15 minutes for my food, only for me to get home and find out the chicken is raw- in multiple items. Oh and then they tried to deny me a refund because they “don’t do refunds”. Can’t wait to forward my urgent care bills to KFC corporate. Haven’t been here in years and now I remember why. Also don’tcuss because the employees there have never heard a curse word and it scares them. Spend your money at Chick-fil-A. Any least the just want you dead and don’t actually try to kill you.

Me and my gave up on KFC 8 months ago due to a few bad visits in several neighborhoods. We stopped at this location yesterday Friday April 25th and we were impressed. We were immediately greeted, the cashier was knowledgeable of the menu, the food was fresh & hot. Unlike any other KFC that we've gone to the vibe was good with a smooth playlist of songs. The dining room era was clean. Thanks for serving the community with such dedication.

We ordered through the drive thru, with no other cars in line before and after and was instructed to move to a parking spot for a 4 minute wait. After a long while of waiting I went into the restaurant to see that my food hasn’t even been started and that we were forgotten about. After another 10 minutes or so of waiting for my food to be done in the store I get home to find that one of my sides are missing and my classic sandwich has so much mayo slathered on it it’s almost inedible. Don’t eat here if you can help it just go to Popeyes, would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered a chicken little combo and tender combo online. Which was USELESS! Was told to pull up and my tenders would be done in 2 mins. Took about 7 mins and out of the 5 tenders, 1 was fresh. Annoyed that I didn’t see this foolishness until I got home. Idk what was worse, the food or service.

I ordered pickup on their app thinking that its gonna be quicker and more convenient. As soon as the app said my order is ready for pickup I was there and showed the lady behind the counter my phone. She looked surprised and started looking at their screens I guess to look for my order and she said my food order just came in. I guess their computer system and the app doesn’t sync? So ordering online is actually useless if u want to save time. Oh and this is the 2nd time also that it happened to me so I guess I never learned from the first one.

Just left this store & for the 2nd time it was horrible. I understand trying to cut down on food cost but the meal was like it sat for hours. Thighs & biscuits not done. Really disappointed with this location. 😤 $14.30 wasted

I placed an order on the KFC on their mobile app. After checkout my order was declined and they had no records of it. Well, it charged my card. When I asked for any assistance or verification, i got a rude agent named Angelica. Now i have to hope my money shows up in my account, or fight for it back from the bank.

I come here as a joke sometimes. The employees act like your presence bothers them, it's really unsettling. God forbid you give them any kind of special order. It isnt just one bad batch either. It's almost as if the same employees have been there for 20 years.
A well functioning KFC is great, there is one in West Virginia I always stop at. This is not a good kfc. Chick fila and Rofo are right down the street. Go there.

This place is absolutely horrible. I have no idea how this place is staying in business. Every time I go to this place to pick up an order they tell me that it's already been picked up. The woman who acts as manager is rude and obnoxious. Other times when I go to pick up the order they tell me that they are out of this item and they are out of that item and the chickens are frozen. There are always four or five employees who work there but nobody is cooking nobody's waiting on customers they all pretend that they're doing something but they are not really working. I was just there to pick up an order and when I get there they tell me it's going to be another four minutes for the order to be ready. So I waited there for 10 minutes and then someone else asked me what's the name and then they tell me that it has already been picked up. So I tell them that is impossible because somebody told me it's going to be ready in 5 minutes and I've been standing here nobody came here to pick up the order. This place is hopeless . They just want to get rid of the customers so they don't have to work.
