Went to this location at 11:30 am today and the doors were locked. Employees were walking around inside the store looking at customers trying to get in and they didn't care they had customers outside. Hopefully this KFC location will be closed too.

The workers here are essentially useless past 9 pm. Multiple times I’ve come here and there is always a half hour wait. Tonight I ordered a sandwich meal and received no fork for Mac and cheese and no straw for my drink and the sandwich was cold. Go down to joppa road and just go to Popeyes, any money spent here is a waste.

Pulled up to the window 45 minutes before Closing Time ask for A #1 and #2 Combo Speaker was out so I pulled forward Black Girl Was Rushing me And talking Extremely Fast Telling me they only have Certain Items. When I ask what Peices of Chicken I could Have She gets upset And Calls the Manager saying we About to Close Manager Ask me what My problem is I said Cancel my order Took my Card and drove off!

They are so incredibly slow! I was literally the only one in line and waited 15 minutes 😭 Inside of store is NEVER OPEN! Employees have know idea what they are doing. Food was cold and gross. Pretty upset to get cold food after waiting so long for know reason!

Waited 35 minutes for a fan favorite box (drive thru, had to go in). My pregnant wife wanted chicken, but all she got a long wait and greasy greasy wet chicken. We were also given 2 syrup's instead of ranch and bbq.
Waited 35 minutes for a fan favorites box and mashed potatoes. When I got it, the was soggy wet chicken, cold nuggets, fries and biscuits were fine. They gave us chick sauce, a bbq, and two PANCAKE SYRUPS?!
Don’t ever go here. Ever. 35 minutes for wet, cold food?

This place made me wait 15 minutes for my food, only for me to get home and find out the chicken is raw- in multiple items. Oh and then they tried to deny me a refund because they “don’t do refunds”. Can’t wait to forward my urgent care bills to KFC corporate. Haven’t been here in years and now I remember why. Also don’tcuss because the employees there have never heard a curse word and it scares them. Spend your money at Chick-fil-A. Any least the just want you dead and don’t actually try to kill you.

Me and my gave up on KFC 8 months ago due to a few bad visits in several neighborhoods. We stopped at this location yesterday Friday April 25th and we were impressed. We were immediately greeted, the cashier was knowledgeable of the menu, the food was fresh & hot. Unlike any other KFC that we've gone to the vibe was good with a smooth playlist of songs. The dining room era was clean. Thanks for serving the community with such dedication.

We ordered through the drive thru, with no other cars in line before and after and was instructed to move to a parking spot for a 4 minute wait. After a long while of waiting I went into the restaurant to see that my food hasn’t even been started and that we were forgotten about. After another 10 minutes or so of waiting for my food to be done in the store I get home to find that one of my sides are missing and my classic sandwich has so much mayo slathered on it it’s almost inedible. Don’t eat here if you can help it just go to Popeyes, would give zero stars if I could.
