Don’t go here unless you want your order screwed up or when they “ fix it” they don’t give you everything you ordered and it’s “your responsibility “ to check because you can’t get your money back for something you paid for but never even got .. also waited over an hour and a half just to get my food because they gave my food to someone else

Excellent food, and very large servings. I could only eat 1/3 of my dishes. I recommend this restaurant! I had filet mignon, scallops, shrimp, lobster, and yum yum sushi!

Chef was great, food was great. Service was terrible. Server forgot to put multiple items in and we had to ask time and time again. We also had a member of our party with celiac allergy and needed food gluten free. They can accommodate but cook in kitchen vs on hibachi. The meal was the first one ordered and took over 1 hour an 15 minutes for it to arrive. The entire table had already finished the service and were finished eating before the meal came out. We asked manager for some type of compensation however he was completely rude and did not even apologize at all. Made multiple excuses and not willing to offer any compensation. I selected this restaurant for my birthday dinner and the check was over $500. You would think a restaurant would at least apologize or offer something for future if policy was not to comp anything. Very disappointed with server and management.

We went to Kobe to celebrate my birthday. The food tasted good but most of the group ended up getting sick with GI symptoms. We had the steak. I called to inform them.

We went to Kobe for my 2 adult children's birthdays. The food is always fantastic. We always go to Kobe for their birthdays and it is always delicious.

Terrible experience today!! Most times I really enjoy brining my family here. I waited patiently in line roughly 10 mins only 1 person in front of me(a young lady picking up her food) a party of 3(same thing im waiting for myself) the host COMPLETELY ignored me and asked them how many? They said three he said follow me. He sat them and returned. (yes they were Caucasian) I asked excuse me did they have reservations? He said no. The young lady said well he been waiting here he LAUGHED AND SAID OH I THOUGHT YALL WERE TOGETHER(yes we both are black but I don't know her I guess all black people know each other) even I we were he never asked. I don't like to bring race into things but I don't really see any other reason I was in front of them he totally looked past me either I'm invisible or I just don't know, even after bringing It to his attention he laughed it off. Another Caucasian couple said "that's not funny!" I just said never mind I don't want to eat here! Today they lost a faithful customer.

Sanitation issue for me. This was me and my wife’s favorite place to eat before last night. The entire time sitting at our table there was smell of dirty dish rag mildew smell. Actually overpowered the smell of the food that was undercooked (veggies still hard) and absolutely destroyed my appetite. I just so happened to look inside the round holes around the grill they cook in front of you on and there were maggots and rotting food down inside. I unfortunately ate the filet and scallops and have literally been in the bathroom consistently ever since… so disappointed and disgusted with the establishment. My kids and father in law also agreed the sushi tasted terrible. My daughter couldn’t even finish it. Also side note your website says you offer reservations which you do not( false advertising). Also portraying scum photos of people that dine and ditch at the bathroom looks completely unprofessional and disgraceful and showcases the types of people your establishment actually attracts. We won’t be returning….. compared to the rest of the avenue maybe it’s time yall did some revamping of your establishment!!!

Great deal! All hibachi meals come with rice AND lo-mein noodles. You can ask for double yum yum sauce.
