Customer service sucks. The women are really rude.

Terrible customer service; the women are downright rude, including the supervisor. I went to pick up my online order, and they wouldn't give it to me even though I showed my order number and name. I don't know what the hell they wanted. I'm never going back there.

I love this franchise, but while my friend was inside I wanted a taste so I just ordered a single thigh. It was so hot, juicy and dang good. I wished I had ordered more but the window wasn't full enough to me. But it hit the spot and was great! I would eat there again as I have in the past. Love their potato wedges and honey biscuits too! 😋

4.5/5. Best tasting fried chicken chain imo. Everything was hot and delicious. They gave me concon rice with my rice and beans today…lol. But it was fine otherwise. 😋. Biscuits are yummy.

Horrible customer service, didn’t even speak as would stood in a gas station trying to figure out how to get food, refused to make biscuits to go with order. Never

This is some of the best chicken and chicken tenders I've had in a long time, Royal farms used to be my top chicken spot but now it's becoming too salty , too dry and very expensive .. you can get a three-piece and a biscuit for $6 at this place you can still eat affordable , without selling your jewelry to do so ..... Oh and I'm honey biscuits is the best in the business !!!!!!!!
