It seems like every time I go there closed when it says there open online. This location never opens on time I've gone twice at 12 pm an I was asked to come back, so I decided to come after 12:30 i placed an order online an was asked to come back because they weren't open yet. I placed an order elsewhere for delivery. it's now 1:30 I've called to see if there open no one is answering. I requested a refund but according to the site I need to reach out to the store than After 5 days they will help me sounds really unprofessional.

Went there not too long after they opened. There was one employee working (in the front at least) and a decently long line. She forgot the ice in my drink and well… room temperature bubble isn’t bad but not great. The strawberry flavor also seemed a bit off. I’ve been to other Kung Fur Tea locations and the bubble was much better. Also, I didn’t want to bother the employee because of the line so I just drank my slightly sad bubble tea.?This location lacks any liveliness/ personality.I’d recommend Cha Time across the street (on The Avenue). Much better quality, flavors, atmosphere and service. ✨Dietary restrictions: Have a variety of dairy/ nondairy available

I came hoping to get boba and wasn't worth it at all. They don’t even have toppings for anything I would like and got something I barely liked. Never coming back again was very disappointing because it has never happened before.

Save your money, go elsewhere. Do not expect items be in stock, majority of the topping is out. They have multiple workers but no one to clean the restroom. It is filthy and you can tell it has not been deep clean in awhile. Do not buy any other size than medium because paying extra doesn’t give you more. Beware, there are plenty of negative reviews on here but the business owner does not care to reply to their concerns. Seems like the owner does not care of the ongoing issues.

I came in today and a young teenager named John took my order and made my drink. He was very well-mannered and friendly- not something you see in a lot of kids these days! I felt compelled to write a review about him after his hospitality. Please reward him in some way! I believe he was Filipino.

My wife and i have stopped in at this location a number of times and half the menu was unavailable because of missing ingredients. The staff is friendly so I have to give them points for that as that isn't the case in most places. I would like to give them a higher rating, but due to stocking issues I am as limited as their available menu on what rating i can provide as a customer.

I come here fairly often since I live nearby. The drinks are 9 out of 10 times perfect. The biggest issue is placing an online order through the Kung Fu Tea App and when I arrive 10-15 minutes later they never actually start the order and this has happened at least...10 times in the past 2 months, not to mention I usually add tip, not sure what I'm tipping for when my order hasn't even been started and I have to point out that they have ticket for an online order. The drinks are really good here but placing an order online is a waste of time. The establishment is typically run by younger adults and they have a table in the back that is cluttered with there stuff that is all in plain sight. Maybe just put a divider wall there so customers aren't seeing the mess.

I have no issue waiting for food I understand sometimes things are out of the workers control. However to go to an empty boba shop in the middle of a Monday with 5+ workers and there be no boba prepared is WILD. And then for the boba to be tough and hard to chew is just crazy. Also then they put a top on my drink instead of sealing it?! Had to ask for it to be sealed to shake it. Also also it’s just kinda dingy in there. I left threw them away and went to another boba shop. Save yourself the trouble.

This has to be the worst Kung Fu Tea ever. Am I glad that there are finally boba shops available in the White Marsh area? Yes, but I'm also disappointed because this place is horribly run.Unlike other KFT locations, the drinks are incredibly inconsistent -- you can go here two days in a row, order the same exact drink, and get two totally different outcomes. With few exceptions, the workers here are disengaged and unprofessional. My last time here, there was a long line of customers waiting to place their order with the cashier. All of a sudden, a group of three friends/classmates of the cashier walked in and the cashier allowed them to cut every single person in line to place their orders while they all stood around laughing and chatting, holding up the line for all of us who had been standing there waiting. Ugh.And finally - I have literally NEVER been here when they are not out of stock of at least three different drinks/toppings. See my pics for an example of the post-it notes they paste by the cash register to alert customers of out of stock items. I've been here on multiple occasions where they are out of stock on just plain regular boba. I'm sorry, but how?! This is a boba shop! Please KFT, get this embarrassing shop under control!

I have little positive to say. The person taking our order was nice. Bulletin boards are filled with post it notes that include random customer names, drawn pics, and quotes. What's off to me is that the place doesn't have a menu board or any display of what you can order. You have to step up to the counter to see a menu. All the wall space, yet just filled with a cluttering of yellow post it's.The drinks also had a very bitter taste and some odd back flavor. I couldn't tell if there was a little mint in it or soap. Idk. We won't be back.

The tea was fine. They were out of sesame milk tea, regular milk tea available. The milk cap tea was sweeter than regular bubble tea.The pineapple Milk tea was good but should have been mixed up so it wasn’t hot on the bottom with ice on top.Place was dirty with plexiglass smudged so you couldn’t see the person you were ordering from well. And the floor and tables needed to be cleaned (and checkers picked up on the floor).

Great boba tea. So many flavors and combinations!

I've gotten different drinks from here a few times. They have all been delicious and I highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and as of yet I have not had a bad experience.

First time here and the Almond Milk tea was good. I look forward to trying other options.
