Ledo Pizza White Marsh, MD

We have eaten at this Ledo many times and do like their pizza very much. However today we had a somewhat frustrating experience when it came to the bill. We ordered 2 house margaritas listed on the menu for $6 each. When the bill came the 2 drinks were billed at $20. When i called the waiter he took the bill back to correct by giving a $4 credit. I called him back and pointed out the discrepancy to which he quickly responded, “right, I have you a $4 credit”. I pointed out that we ordered 2 drinks so the credit should be $8. He quickly grabbed the check and took it in for correction. This could have well been some sort of mistake but the fact that I pointed on the menu to the 2 clearly labeled $6 dollar house margaritas - BTW the only margs on the menu- should have left no room for error. So if you go to Ledo watch out for overcharges when your handed the check. And this is a sad situation since like I said, the food and service (besides the obvious) were good, fast -and courteous. Watch out!

There's for sure been a change. The inside looks great. The pizza has improved.....wasn't even sure THAT could happen. But the staff? Yuck! A middle aged lady pale skin & dark hair seemed LESS than thrilled to be there. No greeting, sourly facial expression and giving the vibe that my patronage wasnt wanted. I'd only ever interacted w the teen groups and a few college aged folks in prior. But they were always so polite an friendly. Ima for sure continue to eat Leedos, just maybe not so often from this location.

Went to pick up an online order, couldn’t get help in the restaurant by a worker just standing there. I asked for help and the person looked at me then turned her head away and kept ignoring me. Had to wait for a second person to come to the counter to get my paid for items.

Had dinner with my family here and had an AMAZING experience.
Ramsey, our server, has a great personality, very quick to help us. The food was delicious! This new crew under this new management was great!

Food is not the same! Ever since new management! Who changes the Alfredo sauce?? Please change back to original or you will lose a customer! Staff is wonderful but over worked you can tell.

Look, I’m a pizza snob, I don’t want to dis this place but it’s “commercial” pizza. It’s good for what it is. The staff is friendly and efficient.

We stopped in for dinner after a long day of college tours, and it was the perfect way to end the day. Each of us ordered something different, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The service was incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. And please—keep the cookie on the menu! It was even better than a Crumble cookie. Truly a perfect dining experience.

Nope! The food and atmosphere need a complete overhaul. The food and decor are very retro 1980s, and not in a good way, e.g., bland pizza and uninspired pasta. The only saving grace may be their friendly servers. I will likely not return and unfortunately can not recommend it. There are so many better options in the White Marsh area. Sad, because Ledo's was a favorite - it seems like it's suffered from commercialization to its detriment.

I enjoy their salads and the cauliflower pizza. When I have time, I enjoy dining inside because the atmosphere and people are great.
