I was wanting a cupcake I read the good reviews about this one cupcake the strawberry crunch wanted to try it way to much cake not a lot of icing and the little bit of filling u get inside ok the cake is strawberry but when u eat it u don't taste no strawberry flavor it's just a plain cake that looks like strawberry but it's not the icing is way to sweet the little that u get on top the filling which is way at the top of this big cake it was ok the sprinkles crunch and the strawberry slice was good the cake was moist but the flavor wasn't there for me the lady was very nice and helpful maybe next time

Stopped in because coldstone had a line out the door. I entered the store and was greeted by the employees AND about 10 gnats that were flying around in the cupcake display case. My partner and I turned right around and left. Please get the pests under control. Aside from the gnat feast, the cupcakes all look really good.Hopefully next time- I’ll take mine, hold the gnat eggs.

These cupcakes were sooooo good!
I got two on my first visit. They exceeded my expectations so much that I went back and got six more! The strawberry crunch & caramel frappe were my favorites. My parents really loved the strawberry lemonade.. They even have treats for your pets.

I’ve visited this bakery several times in the past 2 years. Last weekend, I held my housewarming party and ordered 4 dozen cupcakes ( Wedding cake and a Strawberry cupcake)! The cupcakes were delicious and my guests loved them! They even took a few home with them. I will definitely be placing future cake/cupcake orders.

Terrible Customer Service: No greeting, No assistance, No speaking…. Just stares! Looks like immature people run this business due to the laughing and running back and forth to play with each other. I would not recommend going to this place, unless you are desperate for dessert. Disgusting, Immature, and not Professional!

Just left out this establishment. I asked the young lady with star sticker on her face did she have everything in my box she replied yes. It was not. I only ordered 4 items had to repeat my order more than twice and was charged for everything even items I did not recieve. Should check myself but being I was the only customer only had simple order I thought it be completed accurately

Stopped in today and purchased the Choc. Raspberry cupcake, so moist and delicious, the only thing was it said chocolate raspberry candies on the top, when I got it out of the bag, there were no candies. In spite of this, delicious!!

We came to lunch for my birthday, but there was a 40 minute wait so we decided to have dessert first. I got a chocolate peanut butter cupcake and a scoop of Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream. Both were delicious! The service was great, friendly and efficient. I'll definitely come back again. It's not very handicapped accessible, though, and there is noplace to sit inside, although there are tables outside.

This place is amazing!! The cupcakes were heavenly! By far some of the best I've had locally. The cake was moist and perfect, the icing not too sugary. There are so many options to choose from. The strawberry cake is the best I've ever had. Their logo says it all; Treat yo' self!

I'm not a cupcake person but I enjoyed the apple caramel. I buy these as gifts and everyone I've given them too loves them. They are extremely moist and flavorable. They are pricey though. I also love how they always have pup cakes ready. My dogs love them.

Before I give the bad part of the review. will say the cupcakes are pretty good. I’ve had better but if you want a place on the fly it’s convenient. Now the bad part about this place is they are very rude and snobby. Me and my mom walked in and wanted to try them because the place looked cute. We waited in line for a while and it was just us. While waiting there was a guy and a girl behind the counter laughing and looking at us almost like they were talking/making fun of us. Number one with cupcakes that pricey you should have better customer service, your gonna lose customers and don’t act too snobby your a bakery in white marsh and if you want a good recommendation i recommend cup love they are amazing, great customer service and their frozen yogurt is good and they have vegan options!

Walked by this place and came back because the cupcakes looked pretty good from the window. When I walked in, there were 3 employees behind the counter. One was helping a customer and the other 2 were talking to each other. Not one of them acknowledged me by saying some type of greeting or asking if I need help while looking at the cupcakes. I'd never recommend or give my money to a company that can't even fulfill or exercise basic customer service skills.
