Amazing customer care they have always helped me in every way possible, even making extra slices for me when I called in to see if they had any!!! 1000000/10 highly recommend for any kind of sweet treat, it’s the best

Cupcakes are delicious but unfortunately they often run out flavors. Instead of notifying the customer or refunding out of stock flavors, the store substitutes with whatever is available. No consideration is taken for buyer's possible allergies. I've had subbed items in the past, and don't mind it for 1 or 2, but yesterday's order of 14 cupcakes (1 dozen plus 2 extra) included subs for more than half of my order!! Extremely upset about this with no way to get my money back.
Absolutely love Lil Cakes & Creamery! I’ve gotten desserts from them for both of my baby showers and my daughter’s first birthday. The staff has great communication and can customize whatever you need. The cake and cupcakes are so moist and perfectly sweet. Highly recommend the strawberry crunch cupcake and my kids favorite the cookies and cream cupcake!
