Ordered some wings today. We asked for some blue cheese and the hostess told us the blue cheese was already in there. When we checked it was not in there. So we asked her to get it and then she charged us and blamed it on the new menu prices. If the blue cheese was supposedly in the bag like she originally said, then we wouldn’t had been charged. But instead we had to pay. So she was inconsistent. The business may be busy but the service was trash. Either it is included with the wings or it is not included. But regardless when you order wings from places, you get BLUE CHEESE. It came off like she did not want to get the blue cheese simply because it was busy and lets not forget she lied about it being in there in the first place.

Nice atmosphere. Drinks are seriously watered down . 2 people in my group of 9 don't even drink & felt nothing. 3 people were celebrating their Birthdays. Staff gave great customer service but the Drinks were water

We had a great dinner at Looney Pub! Our server, Bree, was absolutely fantastic... friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail. She made sure our food and drinks were perfect and checked in just the right amount without ever feeling rushed. Great service makes a good meal even better, and Bree really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend!

Something was off . Diet Coke was not in our opinion diet coke and something with the taste of chicken salad was off also and the same with the wrap Server was spot on with a Hugh smile which we appreciate

I, once had a great experience ordering out at Looney’s Pub but what I experienced tonight, was by far the worst customer experience.
The first time order I ordered out and it was ban n shrimp and French fries, the sauce was delicious and on the side.
I ordered tonight, and requested the shrimp fried hard with fries, but when I got the shrimp, I checked the box, and they were soggy. I went back inside and asked if I can get a remake because of how soggy the shrimp were and I was denied a remake and was told I’ll be charged again because I did request sauce on the side.
For a to-go order that is being closed up and still hot…. Especially knowing I did not want soggy shrimp, why was the sauce even on there. I would like a refund and will be back up the store to speak with a General manager. After working and going out my way, I felt the customer service could have been better.
