Whenever I order food from this restaurant on DoorDash, there’s always something missing. I don’t know what’s going on with them, but it’s happened multiple times. They put a soda holder in the bag with no soda, the fries are missing, or the nuggets are missing. there’s always something missing .

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Quarter pounder meal, but they forgot the burger. I only got fries and a drink. Very disappointing service.

We went to the drive-thru around 1:00 AM and the employee (a young woman) didn’t respond to our attempts to order - despite being open - until we pretended to be an UberEats driver. Placing the order was extremely difficult. We had to repeat ourselves more than 5 times. Parts of our order were missing. Every bag that we received broke within 5 minutes of us leaving. One broke as she handed it to us.

The atmosphere is super clean and organized! It felt welcoming, but a lady behind the register seemed so... passive-aggressive. There was nothing welcoming about her and it makes me question about even going back to this specific McDonald's place. I get it, it's early in the morning—but show some brightness and positivity when someone is trying to show that unto you.
The food was hot and we had no problems with our order . However, the people working at the drive through had zero manners. Usually, when you smile at people and thank them, they usually say you’re welcome, thanks and they smile back. Nothing!

Food was standard but the person at the drive thru window did not talk to me at all and they were trying to get rid of me so fast they spilled my drink on my car door. But otherwise, everything else was fine

This McDonald's by White Marsh mall is the absolute worst, though people working, there were ignorant as hell. The food was half fast, put together overall experience. Horrible. I'm gonna call the manager when they decide to answer the phone. I've called 3 times and they pick it up and hang it up. This place is a dump
