I went into this McDonald's, I saw everyone in the back and not one of the employees noticed me standing there waiting for someone to take my order.bad,bad service,I let out a small hello,and they still ignored me,I said helloooo again and was told I'll b right there,a third hello ??can u pkease take my order ??and a girl came up front took order. It was a good visit, not great. Been 5 years since I last visited this location. Absolutely no atmosphere. Very cold...temperature and vibe. Food was presented well...but got really cold, really fast. Ordered at kiosk, delivered to our table. Absolutely no interaction with any human, other than that. Visitors entered the restaurant, placed their kiosk orders, received their food and left. No conversations, eye contact or interactions. Guess this is the new fast food protocol....

This is the McDonald’s closest to my home. I don’t have any complaints about them fast service, friendly staff, In-N-Out I…love the entire New crew. They are on point and about their business.
