Having been a fan of PF Chang's for many years my family was disappointed in the recent menu changes. They apparently reworked the recipe for our beloved lettuce wraps...and it was not an improvement. They and several other dishes were too heavily deep fried. We will likely not eat there again.
I dined here on Valentine's Day, and my only complaint is the long wait even after having a reservation. But I guess that is to be expected. The food was great, atmosphere was nice for the occasion, and the drinks were well made! Will definitely visit again (on a less hectic night).
My husband and I had a reservation for Valentine's Day. The restaurant did not seem prepared for the influx of patrons for the holiday. Our booth was next to the entrance for take out, unbeknownst to us. We quickly realized that our table would be overwhelmed with DoorDash, Ubereats, and other food delivery/takeout folks who were stacked up against our table. One man sat his bag of takeout in our booth to check it for accuracy. Another man pressed his backside against my husbands shoulder as he leaned upon our booth to wait. It was horrible. These issues were compounded by the kitchen being backed up. The deliver and takeout orders were backed up and those folks were very vocally upset. The restaurant staff were calling out orders to try and get the food into the right hands but this was all occurring loudly right next to us. Horrible ambiance as a result. We were seated quickly, just a few minutes past our reservation time but it took 20 minutes for anyone to approach our table for a drink order. When our kind waiter came to our table, we order everything immediately: Drinks, apps, and dinner. The appetizer was tasty, shrimp roll. Then the wait for our dinner began. It was 75 minutes for our food. Our waiter apologized and asked if we needed drinks, twice during that time. Otherwise, we were left to bat the delivery/takeout people off our booth and listen to them yell and complain about theirs long wait. The manager was dealing with that fiasco several times but never asked them to line up in an orderly fashion (away from our booth) or ask us how we were. When dinner arrived it was hot. My entree, teriyaki chicken was missing the vegetables that were supposed to be in the dish. It was just chicken, some onion and a few pieces of pineapple. Very disappointing but since our waiter didn't return until my husband was done eating, it wasn't worth trying to get it remedied. I suspect they ran out of vegetables. Not good.
First time PF Changs has been a bust for us. My daughter's kids meal (orange chicken - a new option) came out with the sauce on the side. My six year old dipped a piece of chicken in the sauce and immediately went for her drink. She said it was very spicy. I tasted it and it indeed was. I sifted through it with my fork and saw pepper flakes. I asked the server about it and he said “I didn't make it hot”. This leads me to believe they somehow have the servers mixing up sauce? I got my dish (Chang's Spicy Chicken) extra spicy, so I am now wondering if they used the same ladle. The server did not apologize, and didn't even take the kids meal off the check. Usually, I would escalate the issue to a manager, but we were in a hurry. Not a good experience.

Good service. Food... not as good as it used to be.
The place could use a bit of sprucing up.

I usually get northern wings, Egg drop soup, Sometimes beef and broccoli. I'm on a retired budget and I find them expensive.

The food was a real disappointment. Definitely not up to their standards. The fried pork dumplings were excellent, but the Singapore Noodles were not. Overcooked chicken and shrimp, even the noodles were somewhat dry. I drizzled my tea over it to try to improve it. Service was great. Mustapha was attentive to my needs while there. I would recommend one of the other restaurants in the area.

I love PF Chang’s! The service is always amazing. Bobbi is the best server! His personality is so uplifting. Oh, and if you’re into liquid happiness, the Red Sangria is tha bomb.

Update: I went today, and while the service started off rocky, it got much better, and the food was great.
This place needs work with the consistency and quality of the food. Some days it's great, other days it's terrible. It's a chain... the food should be the same every time. Service is also terrible in the bar area. The girl who serves in the bar area has a terrible attitude and has complained that they have her covering too many areas. She also needs to learn not to put her hand inside my to go container as she's opening it to put the food in.
In this day and age where it's been proven that delivery drivers intentionally open and tamper with food, why would an establishment like PF Changs not offer a seal on the food? That just doesn't make sense. Please change that.

Crispy Honey Shrimp Chang's Spicy Chicken Fried Rice was delicious. I mixed it all together to make a meal for tomorrow. The portions are nice for the price. I would order from PF Changs again.
