Where do I even begin… Austin, my polite handsome bartender, made me feel welcome since the moment I sat down at the bar. His service was genuinely outstanding—attentive without hovering, friendly without feeling forced, and incredibly professional. He anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask and made the entire experience feel effortless and personal. The Rising Dragon Margarita was perfectly crafted and refreshing, and the garlic noodles were rich, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. Honestly, Austin is the kind of bartender who elevates the entire restaurant and makes you want to come back just for the experience he creates. Phenomenal service, great food, and an all-around five-star visit.

Our waitress Nia was so amazing ! She was so kind and helpful and knew a lot about the menu to help me out since I was pregnant. You should definitely hire more people like her, she made me want to come back.

Me and my wife decided that we would finally check out PF Changs. We were seated right away but then waited for someone to come to our table, six people at the hostess stand but no one moved, busted joked and carried on. Finally server came, ordered drinks, wrong before he left the table, had to remind him. Brought drinks to the table after about 5 to 10 minutes, mind you only us and 1 other group, we didn't even touch or drinks but paid for them anyway. Worst service and atmosphere we have ever had anywhere, might have been n off night but no excuse for people just standing around and playing. Restaurants no longer seem to care about the guests, maybe thats why there was no one in the restaurant. Sad but will.never give it another try, basically an overpriced Chinese take out, you would do better anywhere else.
Food was great. Going thru a bit of a hard time and the atmosphere was relaxing and the fortune was just what I needed to hear. Not part of the menu, but the food was great to.

We looked forward to going back to PFC in White Marsh after the Towson location closed. Sadly we were disappointed. We ordered Crispy Green Beans and Northern Style Ribs as starters, and although they tasted OK, the portions were much smaller than before. Prices were higher too, but fine, these are the times we now live in.
The bigger problem was that the mains, which were Kung Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, and a side of Cauliflower, all looked AND tasted the same! All were a yellow orange deep fried slightly ethnic Meh flavor.
The worst was the service: We were only given two plates and cutlery for a party of 4. The host and server didn't notice this when we were seated, or when the apps were served, or when the mains were served. The server was largely absent so we couldn't get the two extra plates until well after the mains were served. The same sever was asked twice to please bring a glass for one of us that had ordered a beer. He even offered to bring a chilled glass, but 20 minutes later...No glass. In the end we just grabbed a wine glass from a nearby table. The place was mostly empty, so we couldn't see a reason for the lackadaisical service.
We had really looked forward to our visit, but based on our experience, we will not be going back 😔

GLUTEN-FREE REVIEW: This was an expectation vs reality moment. Do not order the gluten-free chicken with broccoli. Honestly, one of the worst meals I've eaten. There was a pool of sauce in the bottom of the container that was completely watered down to the point that it had almost no flavor. The sauce didn't stick to the chicken and broccoli, and it was so bland that when I tried to eat some of the chicken and rice together, the rice overpowered the sauce entirely. A huge disappointment that I would be embarrassed to serve a customer. I'm used to gluten-free food not being as good as the regular alternative, but this was an inexcusable low.
The photos below are of what I got vs what the image online shows. It's not comparable.
