I am very disappointed in this Panera. I went inside and made my order, picked it up when they called me and went home. When I got home part of my order was missing. This is the second time this has happened and I don't think I will go back to Panera again. This was always a great place, but it has gone downhill lately.

This used to be my neighborhood Panera and as a black resident in a predominately white area I never felt tension or racial intensity while visiting. I’m young enough to understand and know the atmosphere and climate we occupy and the fears and uncertainties we all face, however, the discomfort I felt upon one visit in one move could ruin an entire experience.
Yesterday, I visited the store and was greeted by my pickup order. I could not find my second order (as my device was lagging in service). I was then approached by a friendly young man at the register who helped me recover my second order (a large agave lemonade).
It wasn’t until I got to the drink prep counter that I felt uneasy. Not long after this discomfort, I noticed a young woman come around the counter and begin cleaning the area I was using to prepare my beverage. I took my time pumping the cane sugar and lemonade into my cup but was slightly agitated by the disruptive and intrusive cleaning around me.
I felt this was out of place and strange. Upon leaving the restaurant she remained at the county for several minutes following my preparations until finally wiping the same area we had been in for several minutes then disappearing behind the counter door.
I usually don’t do reviews, especially with regards to bypassing racial profile. However, that young man at the front of the store made this review 3 stars instead of one. Because as a black woman, trying to enjoy her life and live amidst everyone in this world, small micro aggressive tensions can set opinions aback quickly- both emotionally…and monetarily.
I will not visit this location as often as I would like as it’s convenient to home and work. But I do prefer the golden ring location in Rosedale.
I do not want to use this review to discourage other people from going in- hopefully my review is used more as food for thought and not fuel to disrupt without meaning change.

I order pickup on a blue moon and they never have my food staged on the pickup shelf with everything else. Its always ready, but I always have to wait in line to ask for it. Kinda eradicates the point lol

Ordered two chicken Chipotle sandwiches lunch not breakfast. They literally had zero chicken on it. It was mostly bread. What a disgrace.

My sandwich was completely falling apart upon unwrapping it. I was wondering why my bread was so soggy. I don’t know if it’s due to the soggy, spoiled looking tomato’s or if the bread has been sitting. I felt very uneasy after eating what I did eat.
Manager Brandy is the best! She helped me place a large order with precision and care! I love this Panera for personal or professional lunches and dinners and coffee breaks too!

I noticed when it’s time pay with a card at Panera bread there is pattern their staff both the cashier do…. I seen this happen before at another location and it happened again yesterday… so once a customer pull out their card the cashier would look directly to the other staff standing out the other side of the counter with their phone…. Once you finish paying they walked away… that’s seem really scary …. Why do Panera bread employees do that always I have seen this happen the same way in two locations now …. Is that part of the job I’m not sure

Everyone is so nice here! The managers are very nice!!! Laura always keeps the dining room very clean and always always does such a great job and always working hard! the food always takes very good whenever I get something to eat! They always treat me with respect here! they're very nice company!!
