Ordered on Tuesday morning to be delivered on break open sandwich and no meat.I called the store immediately not uber didn't want money back wanted what I paid for. The manager I spoke to really nice told me couldn't refund because it was a delivery that was fine didn't want money back wanted a remake.He told me to come back to store and ask for manager did that and the manager there that Friday morning was not as nice. He asked for receipt number that was fine showed my receipt showed picture of sandwich. Problem was he asked for number on receipt I didn't see number tried showing him and maybe he could see number better than me he just gave me a blank stare like just get out of his store he didn't say it but that was his vibe. He asked me question after question I answered it was like he wanted to argue.He asked manager name stated he didn't tell me but it was Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving showed the manager Friday believe name was Gumbo something like that picture of my meatless sandwich he didn't even look again looking at me like lady you are waisting my time. In all the years I patronize this store never felt like will never go again until then will never go to that location again.

I walked in here for the first time. You have to order at computers and no one was around to help me modify my breakfast sandwich, so I left. They weren't even busy. A couple was struggling next to me also. I will not be coming back.

$32 2 half sandwich and soup..the chicken salad was unrecognizable aa chicken and tasted funny watered down string..no butter..cookies are Now frozen tasted terrible. They use a pop-up sheet disinfectant over and over to wipe tables...wouldn't go back dont waste your money

I am very disappointed in this Panera. I went inside and made my order, picked it up when they called me and went home. When I got home part of my order was missing. This is the second time this has happened and I don't think I will go back to Panera again. This was always a great place, but it has gone downhill lately.

This used to be my neighborhood Panera and as a black resident in a predominately white area I never felt tension or racial intensity while visiting. I’m young enough to understand and know the atmosphere and climate we occupy and the fears and uncertainties we all face, however, the discomfort I felt upon one visit in one move could ruin an entire experience.
Yesterday, I visited the store and was greeted by my pickup order. I could not find my second order (as my device was lagging in service). I was then approached by a friendly young man at the register who helped me recover my second order (a large agave lemonade).
It wasn’t until I got to the drink prep counter that I felt uneasy. Not long after this discomfort, I noticed a young woman come around the counter and begin cleaning the area I was using to prepare my beverage. I took my time pumping the cane sugar and lemonade into my cup but was slightly agitated by the disruptive and intrusive cleaning around me.
I felt this was out of place and strange. Upon leaving the restaurant she remained at the county for several minutes following my preparations until finally wiping the same area we had been in for several minutes then disappearing behind the counter door.
I usually don’t do reviews, especially with regards to bypassing racial profile. However, that young man at the front of the store made this review 3 stars instead of one. Because as a black woman, trying to enjoy her life and live amidst everyone in this world, small micro aggressive tensions can set opinions aback quickly- both emotionally…and monetarily.
I will not visit this location as often as I would like as it’s convenient to home and work. But I do prefer the golden ring location in Rosedale.
I do not want to use this review to discourage other people from going in- hopefully my review is used more as food for thought and not fuel to disrupt without meaning change.
