I try to tell my wife not to order from here but of course she never listens. This place never picks up the phone and when they do, they put you on hold. I heard the manager in the background tell the young man “so what put him on hold”. Don’t ever order here. They’re terrible

If the young black guy with the neck tattoo and the heavy set Hispanic guy are there check your food before leaving. They purposely mess up your food and then when you bring it back refuse to make presentable looking food or offer a refund. And then they laugh in your face, talk mess, and get a rise out of seeing you upset. The one with the neck tattoo claims he’s a manager. ? And it’s mighty ironic that I never have an issue with my pizza unless they’re working. For the last two years I’ve been coming here I’ve only had an issue twice and it was with them. I will never return to this location unless those two are gone

Came into this establishment at around 1115 pm to place a carry out order and was told they stop doing carry out at 10, that's funny your business hours are to midnight why would you stop so early. Based off reviews I'm sure I dodged a bullet sounds like pizza is nasty ??♀️??♀️

Best Pizza anywhere! They also have pasta, subs, salads, etc. Going there for over 50 years. I have family from the West Coast and this is the first place they want to stop and have a meal.

Terrible service did not accommodate me for my inconvenience at all will never be coming to this papa John’s again
Just wasted my time waiting for my cold food to arrive in a $67 order, then had a rude closing manager named Cadence provide me with zero empathy, zero accountability, and even called me back after I hung up on her to seemingly rub it in my face that she didn't care that my order took longer than quoted and that my food arrived cold. I just called the customer service number to file a complaint and gave them all of the information, instead of enjoying the $67 dinner I bought for my family. I am disgusted with the service I received and will be steering clear of this company and telling everyone else I know to do the same.
