I ordered my food at 1:21pm. Called the store 30 mins later advised a driver was on the way. Thirty minutes later still no food and the app updated and stated a driver just picked up my food. Moral of the story an hour has passed and I still have not received my order from this store yet

We pre ordered 7 pizzas this past weekend for my sons birthday party. The pizzas were fabulous. We actually live in VA, so I was a little nervous about pre ordering and if there would be any issues, but everything went off without a hitch! My husband showed up at the pick-up time, and all 7 pizzas were ready to go for him. They were tasty, the order was correct, & everyone at our party devoured them! I was also really excited about Papa's pairing deal. We were able to get all 7 pizzas for $51 after tax! The New York Style was delicious! That's a great price & deal for the amount of food we recieved and for the amount of people we were feeding! My husband said the location was clean and the staff were very nice!

Worst pizza we've EVER had. Was supposed to be a large, pepperoni and mushroom with extra cheese. Very little pepperoni, mushrooms or cheese. Asked for 2 garlic sauces, only got one. And, the crust was burnt after waitng there 35 mins.

I called for two large pizza they told me is $21 tax included. when I went there they told me it’s $23 , I told him on the phone they told me it is $21 including tax , he said well I am telling you it is $23. It sounds like people working there don’t know how to calculate.

I try to tell my wife not to order from here but of course she never listens. This place never picks up the phone and when they do, they put you on hold. I heard the manager in the background tell the young man “so what put him on hold”. Don’t ever order here. They’re terrible
