I’ve ordered from this store maybe 7 times and they’ve messed up my order 3 of those times. The phone number listed takes you to an AI assistant and it isn’t even for this location, so good luck trying to get your issue resolved. Frustrating all around.

Better to order in-person until they update their app for better modifications on your order. They make it right in front of you in-person and it doesn't take long to bake. The app has no modifications to your order, and one of my 2 pizzas that I ordered on the app was missing the one and only topping I asked for on my build-your-own pizza. So, I got a cheese pizza. 😒

The lady was extremely stingy with the cheese. I hate people who act like its personally coming out of their pockets. I've never had to ask for more cheese 3 times. My poor daughter barely had any cheese since she didn't ask for more . I definitely will not be back to this location

My fiance and I visited for takeout tonight around 10pm. While the food tasted fine, the service was the opposite. My fiance was checking out and was asked a question by the individual behind the counter. While my fiance had answered the question he thought was asked, the person behind the counter immediately snapped and very impolitely responded “and that’s not at all what i had said… you just went ahead and said screw what I had to say.” Taken aback, my fiance apologized and said he had thought the question was about his pizza, and the person behind the counter said again, very disrespectfully and confrontationally “it wasn’t, I asked about this pizza but you went ahead and ignored what I said.” My fiance has worked in customer service as a location general manager for quite some time, and handled the situation very kindly. However never have we ever been treated so rudely when all we wanted was to get pizza. The reaction to someone mis-hearing what you had said did not match the situation as it was an innocent mistake and 3 groups were behind us talking.

We had my son's 11 year old birthday party here after IFLY. Worked out great, each kid was able to make their own pizza, there was plenty of space, staff was very accommodating for a large group of people to just show up with gifts and cake. 5 stars across the board. Thank you!!

Pizza looked dry, hardly any basil on it like I asked, absolutely not sauce drizzled like I asked. This is really 0/10, but in order to leave a review I had to give it 1 star. Highly disappointed. Treat your delivery orders as you would in person orders!!
