Just shut it down until you can get things figured out. I got there at 650 waited in line until 705, there was 1 car in front of me btw. Was told they are out of sandwich’s, so I order nuggets then I get up to pay and i’m told they are out of nuggets and the excuse was it’s cause we close at 9. Terrible excuse and extremely disappointing that I just wasted 20 min of my life attempting to try out a new spot. Seriously you are going to do more damage to your business being open with an untrained staff and no food to serve guests then being closed. Terrible way to start out in such a good location.

The food was bad - bad, Customer Service - the managers are hideous they need more training. Bad welcoming - need to hire professional people This lady, it’s a bad manager and it’s ruining the restaurant - all other employees they need more professional learning how to welcoming customers

I’m sad to leave a bad review for this place because I really like pollo campero but this location needs lots of work. Cashier was not enthusiastic he didn’t know how to work the system. Food came out quick but when we got the food the chicken was fried to hard, rice was hard, coleslaw was terrible, beans was all right, fries somewhat ok. I hope you guys work on improving this location

Great chicken! We tried both (fried and grilled chicken) enjoyed both, grilled had more seasoning, fried was juicy. The sides were great and freshly made. We wanted to see what all the hype was about and now we understand. Look forward to eating there again. The staff was nice also.

The food was good. But it gave me food poisoning. Had to leave work early and was puking and shting all night. Was awful. Shame because the food was good. Now i can never eat it again. The service was great but i think the chicken i had was sitting out too long. After all it was extremely quick , i was the only one in the drive thru and didnt have to wait at all.

First of all it takes forever to you to even get your items second of all When you get your items the chicken is so salty if you have blood pressure problems you can't eat there it's overly salty I have ice people and not to even waste their time going
Avoid this place. Nothing but a disservice to the Pollo Campero of Guatemala. Portions are a joke. A family side of rice and beans is the size of a single serve at Popeyes or KFC. Same with the plantains, there were 4 small slices for a family size. Definitely felt like I got robbed ordering from here. Never again

The chicken here is great. Some of these negative reviews I see are awful, people need to stop feeling so entitled. If there are a few dirty tables or trash in the parking lot, or a little wait ,maybe the place is busy. Stop complaining so much. The food here is great.
