To start, reception area smelled like a dirty, rancid bathroom. The Seating Hostess was nowhere to be found. After I and several other patrons stared at each other, wondering what was going on, she decided to show up. Once seated, I was outwardly ignored by my server for such a long time that I got up and left, angry and frustrated. This place is best avoided. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

I got there at about 4.50 on a Friday and was directed to the bar to place a to go order by hostess. After siting at the bar with another until 5.22 without being spoken to much less waited on or offered a drink a lady came from the back and started doing liquor inventory without paying any attention to the three of us at the bar. I counted the number of guest. The whole place had 10 people besides the three at the bar only one couple and one person at the bar seem to have been waited on, because they had drinks had drinks. No one had been served food in all this time. As i had been waiting for just over a half an hour I just left. Don't see how they can afford the rent in this area. I should say i am from NC and love Our Red Lobster

Came In tonight with my parents, and partner. The man at the host stand told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait while the building appeared to be empty. When I asked again I was told the servers all had 5 table sections and they couldn't be sat. Finally 30 minutes later we are sat in the only section that was open with 2 servers. The server leana w, that had our section did a horrible job with the basic stuff. Our drinks took forever and came out scattered which I am a little understanding about. (Because I know there was no bartender because they were slow. By the way I'm not from here visiting from another state, I'm not sure if you are supposed to card people out here when serving alcohol but I can tell you that no one in my group was carded. The drink came out we got the new smores martini, and it did not have the garnish which sucked because I was looking foward for it. Later on we put in our food order and one of the items was a well done burger. The burger came out raw and when we showed it to our server after having to flag her down because she was not attentive, she was apologetic. She took the burger back to the kitchen. We also needed to ask for napkins and utensils. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the next burger to be ready. The burger still came out red in the middle but burnt on the outside. My partner settled for talking a few bites but did not want to eat the rest of it. All of our plates did not come with the correct garnishes either. Had to ask for lemons which I eventually found out why we needed to ask for them. On the slower night the servers garnish the food/bevs. Which is a coaching opportunity for your team they should know what goes on the food/drinks if they are serving them. Eventually the service got to the point where something needed to be said because it was very poor time management, employee management. Finally asked leana if I could speak to a manager and surprisingly after being finished with my entree one of my sides came out. The manager came over quicker than I expected. His name was Al. We explained to him everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. He was apologetic as well and listened to us. He did say he was new to the location and the server we had is normally good. But regardless tonight's experience was bad. I'm hoping the burger my partner was served doesn't give him food poising. I would give you guys no stars but that's not an option, so we will say that the cheddar biscuits are what got you the one star. But I am extremely disappointed because I am on vacation here and this was supposed to be my gift to my parents but instead they got poor service and my partner didn't get to eat.

Came here for dinner with my partner and his parents after a long drive home from Delaware, the restaurant didn't look busy, and asked for a table for 4, 20-30 minute wait. Ok, weird, but when asked the host said the 5 servers they had were already sat with 5 tables each. So we wait for the table, and looking back at it now, we should have went across the street to Dave and Buster's, and wait for the server to place our drink orders. Takes a hot minute, but she gets to us, and order a diet pepsi, reg pepsi, mountain dew, and a club soda/sparkling water, as well as the new smores martini for myself. (Literally just tasted like chocolate milk, didn't come with the garnish, didn't taste any hint of alcohol, so a little disappointing.) She also didn't card me, not sure what the laws are here, but at home in California, everyone gets carded regardless how old they look at our restaurant. Anyway, drinks come minus Dad's club soda, had to remind her of it, and it gets to the table about same time as the food. Speaking of, don't risk it with the burger here. I asked for a well done burger, it comes out and looks good, take a bite and look down, its all pink! I just nudge my partner, he looks down at it, and I spit it out, not risking food poisoning on the 1 vacation I get a year. He flags down our server again, shows her the burger, and she's apologetic as she takes it back. At this point, everyone else has their food and eating while I'm stuck picking at fries that are getting cold. Another 10-15 minutes later, she comes back out with the remake, I cut it in half, its still 80% pink and burnt on the outside, but I'm fucking hungry so I say screw it, I'm not waiting another 15 minutes for them to fuck up again, so I take a few bites of what looked cooked enough on the edges, and pushed it away. Looking at it made me a little nauseous, so I picked at more fries and decided I'd settled for food at home. Everyone else is finishing their food, we just waiting for Leana W. to come back to ask for a manager, and she brings out my partners mac n cheese side 20 minutes after he fisnished his entree, so he didn't even remember that we paid extra for a "premium" side he didn't even get to eat with his meal. Honestly, if his side mac n cheese had come out with his meal and my first fucked up burger, I don't think I would be that mad, but it was like the moldy cherry on top of a garbage sundae. Asked for the manager, he was also apologetic and said he was new to the store, took the burger off and 50% off the bill, so he handled it well. Still shocked about how bad it was. Also I'm dont think they have any dishes that cause an excess of steam, so I'm 90% sure an employee was vaping in a back section of the building headed into back of house, so a great look there guys!

I went to red lobster at the white marsh location and the waitress tells us first thing she had been there since 10 am it was 9 pm when she told us this. So had a feeling this was going to be a bad experience. We should have left. First of all there was 4 of us ordering and needless to say when she didn't bother to write anything we ordered down. We weren't going to get what we wanted. I ordered the build your own ultimate feast and got 2 of the things I ordered so when I told the waitress she told me she would get one of the things I asked for. I also asked for a side of broccoli fortunately my wife also ordered some broccoli and I could eat hers because the waitress didn't bring me any. Now most people I know like to eat with silverware and I had to ask twice for that and then had to clean the knife because they looked filthy. So I definitely think part of the problem was the waitress was extremely tired. But we have eat at this location before and they were understaffed so this seems to be a continuing trend. So with service like this how long before red lobster closes the doors considering the place was already empty when we got there.

Met my son for dinner here on a rainy night. Restaurant was practically deserted but we were quoted a 15min wait. Almost 30 mins later we were seated. Hostess brought over a basket of hot delicious garlic cheddar biscuits. And we waited for the waitress...and waited ...and waited. Waited so long I decided to skip the endless shrimp and get something else as I knew I'd never get refills. We came on Wednesday to take advantage of the Wednesday special, sirloin steak and lobster tail for $25. What a surprise they had no sirloin and could only substitute a strip steak for $33 instead. Steak was subpar. Rest of food was acceptable but the lack of service negated that. Oh and did I mention the entire restaurant reeked of sewage when we arrived? I didn't want to disappoint my son so ignored it and it wasn't noticeable in the seating area.

Ordered shrimp and lobster tail special and there were only a few pieces of lobster in the ribs of the tail. The shrimp was like the small frozen shrimp you can get at giant. It is criminal to charge $33 for such a minimal dinner. It was maybe worth $13. They also only had one bartender who was working her a** off and one waitress for the whole restaurant. The only thing worth going to red lobster for is the biscuits.

White Marsh location appears to be low on staff. Service is poor as the workers are few, new and simply are lost as to what to do. Manager not very supportive or available. Long waits to sit and to eat. No accommodations and no incentives for the inconvenience. Unreal to say the least. This location likely to close due to the Lise of business. Many left while we were there

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in forever, so I was feeling excited to go back, but left a little disappointed. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the lobster tank in the waiting area was drained and empty. Usually it makes me a little sad seeing them in there, but it feels like such a quintessential Red Lobster Thing that it felt weird not having it. The biscuits were good (as always) and we got them first thing when our waitress greeted our table. I ordered the Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl with some hesitation, given that it sort of sticks out from the other items on the menu. They were out of salad, so I was missing the spring mix that it is supposed to come with and I did not have any edamame either. Now that I think about it, I'm also not sure I had the crispy onions it was supposed to come with. The glaze was better than I expected, but it was pretty sweet and over just about everything on the plate, so it was a little much every few bites. My aunt got the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast. She didn't have any major complaints besides that she also couldn't get the salad, which she initially ordered as one of her sides.I'm giving extra points because our waitress was understanding when we took forever to order and talked for a while when we were all done. She remained attentive and kind throughout our visit. Overall, it was just sort of underwhelming.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I'm not sure where to even start! First I should have read the reviews before eating here. We arrived 7:22pm the place was completely empty yet we had 15 minute wait to be seated for a party of 4. The waiter did not greet us until another 20 minutes, then we got bread first and no drinks. Then another waiter came over which turned into a complete disaster. We finally got our drink 45 minutes later. The food was served cold, as it sat in the " window" according to the waiter! The service and food was supbar! The shrimp were cold and overcooked, the crablegs were cold and NO FLAVOR. We had to take the food home, and season it to be just to be edible, which should never happen! The manager came out with the nonchalant attitude as it was an inconvenience for her to speak with us about the how dysfunctional her staff was. The staff did not seem to care about OUR time, they didn't update us on the food until we complained, we left at 9:38pm, disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied with the experience. If I could give them zero stars I would have. And YES we still left a tip. But NEVER EVER AGAIN! DON'T GO THERE AND THEY NEED TO RE-TRAIN THE MANAGER AND COOK!

I was going to give this experience and RL location three stars because I'm nice and everyone that we came across with service was pretty sweet as well as being served hot food. However, when I left, the more I thought about my experience, I was dismayed. I am a Red Lobster girl as of late... well since the pandemic my local location made me a fan.The milky white water in the lobster tank was off-putting. The dark exterior of the restaurant was creepy--no lights anywhere, not even in the sign that indicated they were open. The closer we got, we saw patrons in the dimly lit dining areas. There were one to two constant gnats at our table. I asked for clam chowder and it came with a spoon in it as opposed to served alongside it. Was my spoon also the serving spoon? The handle looked... well, handled and made me wonder about the other side that was already in the soup. I asked for napkins, they looked used with a cup ring and stain--were they under a cup from another table? I asked for a straw, the protective paper was wet with a stain. My coconut shrimp was served without colada (?) sauce. My mango tea looked like mango drink syrup, thick with ice. To close out the experience, pun intended, it was near closing time. As the waitress cleaned up, she played her personal cleaning music pretty loud which felt rude as we were still dining. Someone outside thanked us for coming as we made our way to the car. It was too dark to tell whom, but perhaps it was a sweet Red Lobster employee.

Never again will I visit another Red Lobster. All of them are dirty if you ask me and each time there is something unsanitary at one. At this particular location there was a mouse running around back and forth from the bar and to the booths while the whole staff was in the kitchen. Jerry, the mouse must live there because he came out as soon as everyone went to the back. Me and the guests at the other booth couldn't believe how brave it was to keep coming back and popped out when the employees left the area. I was disgusted and lost my appetite. The food was not good at all, I ordered mussels, which was one of my faves and they weren't fresh. Then i ordered a drink that took almost 30 minutes to come out, arriving after my food. The server expressed how unhappy she was there and i could understand the way the "managers" were talking at them. I felt sorry for her.

To start off this review, the service was amazing, our server was very kind, attentive, and checked on us consistently! As for the food it had a very good presentation and did not take long but I do feel as if it were overpriced for the quality and taste of it. It was okay food but am unsure if I would go back for the food. But the classic cheddar biscuits were no disappointment as they were good as always!

The food was good. The atmosphere would have been good, but the waitress was not so customer-friendly. I got the unlimited shrimp. It was 20 min before the waitress checked in to see if I needed anything... and the restaurant was not busy at all. Ultimately, I had to ask the waitress if everything was okay because her response was slow and snappy towards me. Her attitude and energy with another customer who came after me were different. Will not be back. I don't go where my money and support are not appreciated. P.s.. I left a tip, if that was the concern, but will not be back.
