I ordered carryout this day. The staff was friendly but there were not enough people working.
I ordered my food and it appeared to have only two people waiting ahead of me but I was mistaken there were over 10 people already ahead of me that were sitting down. That’s ok, but I would have liked a heads up when ordering my food. If the cashier said a simple” hey it’s about a 15-20 minute wait. Do you want to still order?” I was on my lunch break and needed to get back in the office. I wanted a quick, warm and delicious meal. I waited for over 20 minutes for my food… this is supposed to be fast casual and not what it usually is when I order.

Today the cashier helped me download app so I could join rewards & it saved me $5.00 which is awesome. She explained the stamp card reward ends after they honor my current card which is 1-meal away from a free one. She is always helpful, smart, kind & caring about customers need to save & be rewarded. I will now scan the app each time I come in. Thank You Nancy...you're the best!

i ordered today from sarku. i typically order chicken double meat with no veggies and rice. when she handed me the order i thought it was the correct order but when i got home and checked the order it was the wrong order and had noodles and shrimp. i am allergic to gluten, so eating the noodles were outta question. i am so upset.

The older Spanish lady that works the front is horrible. She had me wait 45 minutes for my food. I became concerned when I seen people who came after me get their food before me. The whole time she had my food behind the door dash orders. The other lady who was working fixed the issue and made me fresh food thankfully. Something needs to be done about that older lady, her attitude is horrible!
