The food is good. I got just the basic teriyaki chicken, rice & vegetables. The people working here were very nice. The atmosphere is what you would expect for Japanese takeout. I'm not sure if I would try the sushi here. But I will definitely come back for a dinner platter! The restaurant seemed clean & organized. Free, but limited parking out front, but you can always park & walk from further away.

the employees here are rude and lack social skills.
especially the guy that was working the front yesterday (3/24/25), he was impatient and was cutting people off while speaking. the lady at the front helped me out though.
It’s months later now but i realized that the guy that was being rude to me that day was accusing me of stealing and was being racist in a passive aggressive way. I was an uber eats driver at the time and i went to the wrong Sarku (i was supposed to go to the one at the mall not the standalone one) and him cutting me off when i was speaking was him accusing me of something that i’m not. I’ve told other Black people to stay away from that location since.

The food was very good, but the customer service was terrible. They really need to hire friendlier staff. I was served by a Hispanic girl with fair skin and dyed orange hair, or something like that, but her attitude was awful. She seemed annoyed to take my order. I wouldn't eat at a place like that again.

It's a good restaurant compared to panda express. Cleaner too.
Placed order online, when I got to restaurant the younger Hispanic female asked me if I was picking up I told her yes she checked to see if order was ready she then told me she was waiting on it.. a few minutes later she bags an order staples the bag closed and walks away and gets on her phone in the corner behind the counter. She never told me my order was ready. That bag sat there for a good 5 minutes before I got up and asked what the name was on the bag. Come to find out it’s my order and was never told. Maybe is she wasn’t too busy texting on her phone the orders wouldn’t be behind and I’d be able to actually enjoy my lunch break. Now I have to swallow my food and rush back to work…. Very very poor customer service I will not be ordering again.

My food was sitting on the check out staging area while 2 ladies were talking amongst themselves. The lady that was taking orders was telling them to hand me my food. They had a little attitude that they had to stop talking to work.
