Haven't been to this location in a while. Placed a mobile order before I left my house, as I was on my way somewhere. The app showed it would be ready at 3:35, which surprised me, as it was 20 min after the order was placed. As of 4, I'm still in line. I went into the store, thinking something was wrong. It took a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged me at the register and only one person was actively making drinks out of 4 staff. Insane.
Update: Starbucks reached out and encouraged me to send a feedback email to an address they provided. I took the time to do it and they then respomded, telling me to go to their chat bot for a refund. I declined since enough of my time has already been wasted. Good grief.
I ordered a pink drink and the drink was already separated before I got it. The barista was lazy and didn’t shake it well enough. They also didn’t tell me they were out of the strawberries normally added into the drink (or I wouldn’t have gotten the drink). The baristas were also not friendly and have messed my drinks up a few times before. Go to a different Starbucks!
Staff was nice but took 20 minutes to get 2 iced coffees in person due to about 50 mobile orders ahead of us and only 2 staff
I had a very bad experience buying at this Starbucks, I went to buy through the drive-through and a woman with a bad attitude named Linnaha served me. When I tried to pay, I dropped my card. I tried several times to open the door of my car and I couldn't. She very rudely told me there was nothing I could do about it. I told my daughter to go down to get the card and she got even more upset. I don't know why they put a rude woman with a bad attitude at the customer service window. The situation was very uncomfortable. There is no compassion in this person. I was just trying to make my payment and my card fell to the floor. I just wanted to pick it up to pay her. I didn't expect her to give me anything. If she doesn't like serving the public, she should stay home.
Service is very sloppy, there was chocolate all over the bag add caramel on the cup. I did not know about the chocolate on the bag and it stained everywhere on my dress.
Came into establishment was greeted that was fine 5 people behind the counter waited for 6 minutes to place order no one in the store. Not one person said anything few seconds later young lady comes from the back no good morning I'm sorry for the wait poor customer service this morning.
I thought that a Starbucks was supposed to be fully open but this one isn’t. There was only one person working there with the inside area completely shut down and the employee was clearly overworked. They need to add more employees because right now it isn’t a functioning Starbucks.
Placed a mobile order for in store pick up because I had somewhere to be. I get there and doors are locked and had a sign saying drive thru only today. Need less to say I had to wait behind 10 cars to get my drink. The store manager or district manager should of had the in store pick up turned off in the app so customers don’t have to go through this.

I’ve had several great experiences here. When it was very cold a week or so ago, the barista wrote stay safe and warm on my cup. I thought that was very sweet. Today, I got a drink that my puppy knocked out of my hand and I mentioned it to them. They gave me a free drink when I came back later. The staff is always friendly. And my drink is always correct.
I hate that each time they ask you to give even when you only have enough for the coffee. I have worked 20 years, and none have ever tipped me, but these bucks want tippps each time.
Customer service and quality has really gone down since the renovation. Whether ordering at the store or picking up, the wait is consistently at least 30 minutes, even when ordering ahead. The drive through is the absolute worst. I ordered my usual drink tonight the same exact way I’ve ordered it several other times across locations, including this one, and the worker blamed ME for ordering my drink wrong when I brought it back. The “fixed” one tastes like zero flavor at all. Extremely disappointing, especially since the other nearest locations are in Target. Please get it together.
Very slow. There is no reason I should be sitting in the drive thru for 23 mins. Ridiculous.
