Literally the slowest effing Starbucks

I went to pick a white mocha and it was horrible. My drink never tastes the same from this store. It’s tasted like they filled it with milk it had absolutely no flavor. This drink is my absolute favorite and this store made it taste disgusting causing me to pour it out. Isn’t there a process you follow each time. I just don’t understand why it always hit or miss at this Starbucks. I won’t be going back.

Can't give it 5 stars because they gave me the wrong order which had milk in it so I ended up not having a drink. However, they did rectify the situation by giving me my order the next day. But this was the first time I've had and error like this at Starbucks.

Me and my grandaughter went to pick up a drink this afternoon and we felt that the employee taking the drive through orders on November 15 at approximately 4:15 was rather curt with us on the speaker. But it only gets worse. We got to the window and he made us wait, while he started to prepare someone else's order while we sat there and he completely ignored us. And then he started dancing and giving us weird looks. We were very uncomfortable. When he finally gave us the drink he suggested we check the three dollar tip box which we did not do based off the service he provided. We said thank you for the drink and he just gave a weird look and grunted. We suggest you might have him work at a different station without much public contact in the interest of your business. In addition please be advised we will be returning Thank you.

Not a friendly atmosphere, staff never smile, in music was too loud to sit in. Definitely a drive-through only atmosphere.

Its been years i order this dring ..exactly today i so dispointed,,they make just ice espresso with caramel..no white mocca nothing..i dont know who teach the barista..really really terible..i thing if not ready work as barista better training again until know the knowledge..for me it not about money..but about profesional how you comitment as worker how you handle about you job….please make sure you make something..not any costumer cheathing..we know what we order..

I have come to this location a couple times to pick up food and employees ignore you. You have to try to get someone’s attention to get help. Today I was once again left standing there waiting for someone to help me. I went over to the lady working the register and gave her the name I was picking up for. She responded rudely like I was bothering her. She grabbed the bag and handed it to me. I said thank you as I was leaving she screamed sarcastically “have a great day and you’re welcome” I’m assuming because she didnt hear me say thank you.. I normally don’t leave reviews but this location needs a lot of help with customer service. The young lady that was on register this morning shouldn’t be in customer service. I believe she might have blonde hair in braids and maybe a nose pietcing.

Drove from almost 30 mins away and they were closed before the posted time because employees wanted to leave early. Employee was very rude and condescending about telling me they’re closed when I asked why they were closed before the posted time.

This is the most incompetent Starbucks I have ever seen been to. Simple drinks take more than 25 mins to make. Avoid!

Went this morning for coffee and had the rudest experience I've ever had from a Starbucks. Didn't give a greeting at the window just gave me my total the guy didn't even want to hold the machine while I put in my card. Then after I paid they stood there with my drinks in the window. I had to ask to get my coffee mind you there was 3 people standing at the window. Waited so long the Frappuccino was melted.

I’m very disappointed! I was so excited to try this sandwich. My bacon was uncooked. I’m glad I opened my sandwhich because I’m pregnant & if I would’ve consumed raw meat it would’ve been a big issue!
