Placed our order, did not ask for our names, waited for about 30 minutes, made our orders wrong two times, the manager gave us a bad attitude when we asked for our drinks to be remade because it was all wrong. We have been coming to this Starbucks for years, always placing the same order. Such a disappointment today being treated like I don’t know what I’m ordering or as if I am unwelcomed. The workers didn’t even let us know when our order was ready and again they did not ask for our names.

So I hate to.leave a negative feedback but our experience tonight calls for it. The attitude of the two female workers tonight is shameful. If you dont like your job just quick. Place an order for an item that is no longer available. If they would have told us that, it would have been fine that happens. Instead they make something else and give to us. Then we have to go inside and let them.know it's the wrong thing. There response. Well that is no longer on the menu so we made something close to it. Um no, thats not how it works. Then they mumble something about us and walks away. About the worst experience at a Starbucks ever.

Usually I love this place, is very calm and good environment. But everytime I order a dragonfruit drink with coconut milk, 80 percent of it is ice, 99% milk and two cubes of the dragonfruit😭 I get a venti of straight up milk. Never again!

Kelsey was so awesome. Literally the best service I've ever received. Starbucks is amazing. Without kelsey I would not have been able to get through the day. Just fantastic awesome amazing incredible experience. Wow. Coffee. And the food was top tier too. Im gonna tell all my friends and family about starbucks. Does this review help the company? I hope so. Because I really care about corporate starbucks.

The parking lot needs to be repaved and redesigned. Awkward location. Lots of people get into accidents exiting the lot.
However, the staff are some of the nicest from Starbucks locations in the area. They are extremely friendly.
