I am a Rewards Starbucks customer and this Starbucks is THE WORSE starbucks i have ever encountered!!!! I go to Starbucks every single day and spend a lot! This Starbucks was open for 30 more minutes and REFUSED to serve me in person, mobile, and in their Drive-thru! This is NOT okay! I would appreciate kindness and an apology! Saying they were closed when they still were open for 30 more minutes. The barista, Sophie had excuses why NOT to serve me when they were still open for 30 more minutes. That is not nice and is simply unacceptable business practices. Also, 1 barista inrerrupted happy customers seated telling them "umm we're closed".......People were talking enjoying their coffee with family and friends and a barista thinks its acceptable to say "umm we're closed" when they were NOT closed. They were open for 30 more minutes. also, they let cars continue to pile into the drive-thru, make them sit wait to inform them at the window that they were closed even though when they were open 30 more minutes. i do NOT recommend this Starbucks at 8910 Belair Road! The lack of manners, customer service was NOT representative of the typical Starbucks culture! Im disgusted!

I visited this Starbucks on a brisk December Saturday before Christmas, only to be disappointed. The absence of both oat and almond milk was surprising. I hope in the future that they are better prepared to meet demand. I hope that my expression says it all – not angry, pure sadness.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was busy with mobile orders but got the drinks done as quickly as possible. I don't get coffee out often but I do like this location.Parking: The lot is small - the store is mostly designed for drive through. If it's busy you may have trouble finding a spot.

If you have somewhere to be at a specific time, do not go to this Starbucks. Consistently has astronomical wait times even when there are few customers. The two redeeming qualities are that the order is always right and the staff is exceptional. If they could just get the process down, this would be a go-to store.

i came here to treat myself to a medicine ball since I woke up not feeling 100%, and ran into Red Cup Day madness. i decided to join in and purchased a holiday drink, too. despite the mad house and one of their machines being down, they were still speedy, friendly, and good vibes all around.

This location was a little out my way, but my husband wanted 2 Banana Nut Loafs. They greatest me as soon as I walked and didn't rush me to order. There was no line, so I was able to take my time. Unfortunately by the time I stopped in, there as only 1 Banana Nut Loaf available. The staff was nice enough to inform me of my points that I could use for my order and so I didn't have to use mt card. A nice location to visit when you want a quick treat.

We waited over 20 minutes for our in-store order, which was just a few drinks. Was confused because they had almost 10 people working and the store was not crowded. Seems they need to work on efficiency.

Drinks are good, but not enough employees. When walk-ins, online and drive thru orders are being taken at the same time in the mornings, the lines are slow. 15 to 20 min to get coffee on the way to work in
