My husband and I just went to the drive-thru for coffees. Our total was $11.13 and my husband gave the girl at the window a $20. She handed us back our change minus $2. We let her know that our change wasn't correct. Then she said, "Oh yeah, I owe you 2 dollars." How in the hell did she know how much we were owed? She handed us the money. I said "We'll tip when WE choose to tip." She laughed and said something like "Oh, no no..."! BUSTED!!! Make sure to count your change at this place!

Consistently, without exception, their coffees taste worse than other Starbucks, and I don’t know why. Every time, I give it one more chance, and every time, I am left disappointed that I gave it one more chance. The best description I can give is the coffee always tastes like it’s burnt.
