This time they did not put on the extra chicken and sauce. But their food is so good.

I used to eat here 1 or 2 times a week for lunch. The sushi side. I walked up to order and 2 young boys working they seem to work a lot. Cutting raw salmon on the prep table and used the same knife as raw to cut my cooked sushi roll. I said something they ain’t dumb and I got a refund. Sad I haven’t been in months. Not everyone eats the raw sushi.

I asked for rice and noodles, it even came with a small price. I got 2 pieces of chicken, a handful of vegetables and a tub full of noodles no rice. They make it right in front of me I did not see them add rice. I told the gentleman I asked for rice he assured me it was there. I feel like he just wanted to get rid of me. The line was not moving fast at all. I should’ve went with my instinct and what I saw. After waiting 20 mins in line I should have made sure it was right before I left but I shouldn’t have to.
How can you get an order wrong that’s made right in front of me.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki plate today through the app and when I opened it, there was shrimp added to it. I thought this was a simple mistake so I went back after picking it up to get a new plate. But I watched them just pick off the shrimp and handed the plate back to me. This wouldn't have been an issue if I didnt have an allergy to seafood, however not being severe for me, this could have seriously affected someone else.

Its 2pm on 9/30 and I haven’t been to this location in years… But now I remember exactly why I stayed away once upon a time. The cashier lady when I greeted her, didn’t greet me back as well as rushed me and Rd her eyes that I was still looking at the menu. The cook Rd his eyes at me when I asked for teriyaki sauce on top of my white rice. The Suraci bottle was empty and disgusting to touch but I was just so annoyed that I didn’t even mention it to them and I left without putting any on my food. I finally get to my car to try my meal… The chicken is extremely gummy and taste old. The customer service is absolutely pitiful, the food is absolutely disgusting and the area is just messy. I should have used common sense and kept walking, but unfortunately I didn’t. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The best chicken teriyaki and fried rice there is!! So good! Been going all my life. They’re also fast and efficient with getting orders out.

Manager was very rude and did not give us the shrlmp tempura we ordered at the beginning when we paid for our food he refused to do anything about this and was very nasty his name was Juan he said he was the manager
So cooks don't wear gloves anymore? Why did I have to ask the cooks preparing the food to put on gloves? Then acting like they don't understand English. Luckily, one walked in the back and put on gloves, then put the rice and vegetables on my tray. But the one preparing the chicken did not. The rice was clumpy, the vegetables were soggy and the chicken had zero flavor or seasoning. This was my first experience of this place. I will not spend my money here again.

Was just in there, had a customer push me out of line hovering over everyones food. Demanding more Chicken. Got my order. Ordered extra chicken barley got any chicken guess i know were it went.
I come in here on weekends, not coming back.

I went here on Saturday and ordered a 3 roll platter. I had gotten the Philadelphia roll previously and enjoyed it and actually recommended and friend go there as well. This time when I got the three roll platter I got the salmon and avocado roll, the Philadelphia roll, and the California roll (imitation crab and no cucumber). I am not sure what happened but that night I was in excruciating stomach pain and very obviously got food poisoning. I am still sick today (3 days later) and know it was from this restaurant as due to dietary reasons I only eat about once a day and chose this spot as my food for the day. Very disappointing and highly recommend you go somewhere else to save yourself the pain as it has been the worst stomach cramps and liquids coming out both ends for 3 days. No sleep. Choose somewhere else.
