We visited for a family meal and the food was actually very good, everyone enjoyed their dishes, which is the most important part. However, the atmosphere made it hard to fully relax.
The restaurant was freezing cold, it felt like the heaters weren't working properly. To make it worse, our table was so dimly lit that my mother-in-law couldn't even read the menu, and even I struggled to see. We also found it very strange that they weren't serving coffee (we were told they didn't have any), which was disappointing as a hot drink would have been perfect given how cold the room was.
Great food, but the lighting and temperature really need looking into for a better family dining experience.

Slowest service of any restaurant in years. Restroom smelled like straight sewer/sewage. Gnats flying around the food at the table. Icecream tasted freezer burned. Pot stickers were burned black and still plated for me. Quick self reminder in why I haven’t been here in 15 years. Admittedly, the staff was very friendly.

Every time I go in, there’s a wait
They take your order and leave you there
Every time I try to order over the phone, there’s a wait.
They put you on hold and forget about you

Our waitress Noel was outstanding. Her warm personality made you feel very welcomed. We had a party of three & she was attentive to our numerous requests.

Noel kept a professional position attitude.

The restaurant was decorated really nice with festive Holiday decorations.

The owners of TGI Fridays need to give our waitress a bonus. I spoke to the manager & told her about Noel's stellar hospitality.

Melissa was my server. She's attentive and friendly. Stayed busy with orders or keeping her section clean. And my steak actually came out rare like I ordered. Anywhere I go that almost never happens.

(5 years ago) Enjoyed myself. Melissa was great.

(2026) So I had to come back and update this review. Since my first review 5 years ago I came here maybe two or three times and the service as far as the staff is concerned is still good but the quality of the food has fell off some.

Food is precooked. I asked for soft my leadership broccoli both garlic sauce with tasted it. I didn't taste any garlic and I was told it was already in a bag premade. They don't make it. All the food is. For the price i was wanted my food cooked not heated up. I am done with this restaurant.

The place was decorated for the holidays but service and food sucked. The ribs were dry and funky, the fried shrimp was chewy, Mac n cheese was ok. My bf ordered Mac n cheese but got closeslaw. I didn’t get the extra fried onions on my steak and it took nearly an hour to get the food so they gave us a discount. Server did not pre bus tables so we were hanging out with our empty cups and trash.

They were very short staffed on Christmas day and waiting to get my order took longer than expected which led my food to arrive later.

The steak in the steak and shrimp fajita never tastes good...tried it several times but the steak leaves alot to be desired.other than that the service is pretty good.Howevet...they will take more off of your card than the bill actually was...without your permission. And that's actually theft.

I hate doing this. I know the staff here has worked hard and tirelessly all day being open on Christmas. But, if they were planning to be open they should have been staffed and ready for the volume. My family and I ordered pickup and everything about our meal was wrong, missing, or inedible. No care for my children’s meals and missing sides. My wife and I receiving a laughable chicken sandwich with no whiskey glaze and crap fries was comical. I know nothing will come from this because, let’s be real nothing ever does. But this is wrong on so many levels, from corporate leadership to managers on duty, to to-go staff packing orders. Be better, take pride in your craft. You are hospitality workers working on a holiday, make a better impact on your guests and community. You need a refocus on your DNA and hopefully you remember how to treat people and their food with more care and kindness.

no stars.. I just picked up my chicken fingers that I use to get for years there, they had the best honey mustard etc.. Well let me tell you they went down hill big time... not the same honey mustard at all the chicken batter is different so hard and fell off the strip. I also got slaw as one of the sides and that was sour/bad so yeah the fries were good. no flavor at all hard batter fell off chicken and the honey mustard is gone:( sad.. this was at the white marsh location.
