Waiter never brought sweetener or lemon for tea, asked 3x. Hostess was rude+sat us at kitchen entry door +we moved ourselves(there were many avail tables) Cole slaw is lousy,he never got his slaw. Waiter was borderline rude and should not be a waiter. No manners or patience.. Helper was ok doing a better job .

Stopped in Friday's in Nottingham for a few drinks and dinner with a few friends. The food was great, prices were reasonable and the service was very welcoming. We ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner. Every one enjoyed their meal and we were very happy with our decision to eat at Friday's! You can not go wrong with the Potstickers!
I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade! The management team has always been very friendly and provided Great customer service! Everyone I’ve encountered on my visits has been very friendly and helpful. I especially love coming to the bar when I’m in a hurry because I know the service will always be great, quick and fun. Shout out to one of the bartenders named TAYLOR! Thank you Taylor for always providing excellent customer service each and every time! And for making sure my weird requests like a side of avocado with my salmon was provided.
The staff were professional and friendly. I ordered the traditional Buffalo wings. They have been consistently tasty through the years, but today the were really small. The waiter said they get a batch of small wings every so often. For my main course, I ordered the full rack of ribs with apple butter bbq sauce. They were delicious.

When my appetizer came out it was cold , I gave it back for them to warm up and they over heated it ? I sent that back and just waited for my entree. Y’all why my food had hair in it? by that time I was over it and them except for our waitress. She was amazing!

TGI Friday's is me and my husband's favorite restaurant especially the bar however, this location is the worst smh. We were so disappointed!The Door Greeter: Was cool and waited on us instantlyThe atmosphere was perfect, great energy, people and not crowded at all.The Waiter: We sat at the bar, the bartender initially was great and waited on us minutes after being seated, quickly provided our drinks, took out food order, checked on us twice then never returned after that. I had no idea who to ask for water, refills, possibly desert etc. We were left hanging for service even though he kept waiting on others and walking back an forth smh.Our Food & the Service was horrific: A male server brought our food out and delivered it behind our backs at the bar, which is crazy. We had to literally turn all the way around and grab our plates, weird.Even worst I looked at look at our plates in disbelief. We ordered our favorite Cajun Chicken and Shrimp pasta but it was horrible. For $17.98 a plate, it was not WORTH IT AT ALL! They give you half the plate amount, an half of an inch size bread stick, hardly no chicken and shrimp(Protein), and it was so watery as heck. I wanted to ask for another dish but didn't want the headache, Never again!Check Out: Our plates and drinks were empty for over 20 mins and no one bothered to check us out. I had to ask another busy female waiter to check us out. Unprofessional! Should have gave zero tip! Other waiters were all doing the same, looking at us.A cook came out and changed the channel without asking while we were enjoying a basketball game.We will never come here again not even for take out which is worse.
