This location a is a bar atmosphere with load music.

Do not bother. Do your homework on a few of these owners. Not exactly the type of people who deserve your hard earned money, in my opinion.
This place is pretentious. Over done. Trying way too hard.

Just go to RedBrick. Real people. Great food.

The food was great . Service was great. Atmosphere great. Had a great time at The LOCAL.

First time visit in Jonathan B what's very helpful. He gave some amazing recommendations and was very detailed pertaining to the menu items.
We ordered the avocado prawns, sticky ribs, whipped potatoes and braised greens. Everything was delicious and we are looking forward to returning.

This place is known for getting the food locally from locations in the same state or closer. As you can tell from the name everything is local. The food is definitely on the higher end. In my opinion a little overpriced. This place is overall good, just nothing over the top in my opinion. Been here about 4 times total. And I took my now wife here for our first date. So it’s been a huge part in my life. Still would recommend.

I love to go to the Local during happy hour. All I got to say is espresso Martini and I did like the frosty martini(holiday drink) their chicken sliders is fried, sweet with some heat😋😋 mmmm sooo good. I also had their wings, and the cheesesteak egg roll. The live bands/singers is a great touch also. Warm, cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend!

If you are in the Towson area you have to stop by The Local! Everything was amazing. Even the water! Lol! The Steak Sando......Tendernism at its finest. The braised pot roast just melted in my mouth. The onions, the cheese, the aioli...... Oh My! I never knew lunch could be this good! The crab chowder was delicious. And of course you have to end with an espresso martini, now make it a blueberry one. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. Come on over to Eat Local, Drink Local and be Local. Enjoy!

The local has impeccable food! Hands down the taste and quality of the food is a 10/10. It was my first time at the local but it won't be my last. The chef is definitely going places. The flavor of the food lingered far after my indulgence. I was disappointed when I had to brush my teeth lol. The service was average but the food was out of this world. It's now my favorite restaurant. I look forward to trying more!

Enjoyed the Paul Soroka Trio at The LOCAL on jazz night. Very talented performers in a venue that provides a listening atmosphere as well as great food and drink.

I have noticed a decline in the overall quality of this location. While the food remains commendable, that is unfortunately where the positive aspects end. Upon arrival, it took approximately 15 minutes before our server greeted us, followed by an additional 35-minute wait for our drinks to be served. The service was notably lacking; our server was not particularly personable and was absent for the majority of our visit. Given the premium pricing of this restaurant, I expect a much higher standard of service. Regrettably, I cannot recommend dining here based on this experience.
