Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered two chipotle chicken club pickup. It was horrible. Barely any chicken and bacon, filled with just lettuce and was very dry. Horrible food!

the guy who takes orders is rude in the afternoon shift, didn’t even say have a good day back to me, didn’t say your welcome, and seemed annoyed.the chicken wrap is cold. everything else was okay.

My daughter turned me on to this place about a month ago. I have been back several times. I go at least 3 times a weekThe staff is very professional and friendly. My smoothie is a replacement meal and I really enjoy it. I would like to recommend that the lids be a little more sturdy. Thank you for the service.

I come to the Perry Hall location frequently and all I can say is they are Amazing ?.I was there on Friday Feb 23 and I purchased Açaí bowl.They are Amazing staff, very friendly and always consistent.My favorite location

I just visited this location for a quick bite in between classes. The main area was very tidy, the staff were friendly and greeted with a smile. I got a smoothie and peanut butter banana crunch wrap, both were delicious. I would’ve preferred a little more banana on my wrap to even out the thickness of the peanut butter but I’ll be sure to request for extra banana next time. Thank you for great service!

Did not feel welcome there. I will not return. I must point out that I was not there recently, but I was at a business next door. The last time I was there was about two years ago and I didn't have a good memorable experience so I never returned. The smoothie wasn't that good either. I guess I'm a Smoothie King junkie.

I ordered a blueberry, lime, banana smoothie , with kale and spinach add in. Substituted Splenda instead of sugar- it turned brown but tasted awesome!

Smoothie was good but the chicken in my southwest breakfast wrap was cold and the guy cut my wrap in half which makes it fall apart.

The app was malfunctioning and submitted my order/charged me multiple times, I went into the store (this location) to get it resolved and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! It’s great that they were so accommodating to help get this figured out, especially because the Tropical Smoothie Café app is not something they control.
