This is a really great family restaurant and one of the few places where I find the prices to be very reasonable for parents. The games are mostly a bargain and the kids can win good prizes (claw machines on easy mode). This restaurant group keeps everyone happy at all their locations.
I wouldn’t mind a unique vegan option on the menu but that’s a niche request.

So much fun! Tasty food at very reasonable prices, excellent service, and tons of arcade games for everyone. The kids played for almost two hours on just a $20 game card! Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed watching the French Open men’s final on the big screen TV. A perfect spot for families or large groups. Plus, no wait at all for Sunday lunch—highly recommend!

Very disappointed 😞 Took my husband and daughter here for dinner and games. Our dinner was cold, the fries were the worst being cold and seemed to be pre cooked and sat under a heat light for some time. My daughter wanter a glass of water and we ordered tea, we were charged $3.99 for her water. Each plate looked mostly empty, with about 15 soggy cold fries. The server came to out table with the food never came back till we were done. My husband ordered a crab cake sandwich with lettuce, Tom, & mayo, with tartar sauce on the side. He got no tartar sauce or mayo and ate it dry. After spending over $100 I have never been so disappointed in restaurant/waiter/food. The amount of food we were served wouldn't have filled a child. If your going for games it's great but don't waste your money on the food. I thought it would have been a great night out for my husband who's fighting stage 4 cancer. He was very disappointed.

This was the second year that I attended my grand children's birthday party. By far, the entire event was much better last year. The male servers were on top of everything and constantly checking in with the parents to make sure everything was ok of it they needed anything. Not the case this year. One of the waitresses was smart mouthed. She had so much negativity it was terrible. Was told the parents would advise when the meals were to come out. They came out with the meals and of course the kids were still playing games and they took the food back and brought it back in 10 minutes and of course it was cold. The same waitress kept coming and interrupting the parents as they were serving the cupcakes and said do you want your bill? She wouldn't stop. Then finally they said yes to bring it. Again parents busy with getting cupcakes and brownies distributed to the kids, Then they sent one of the other waitresses in and she said "they sent me in to collect your bill, is it ready", for god sake did they think we were going to walk out. Then they had 19 kids attend the party and were charged for 20 cards. When she was questioned, the same smart mouthed said "I counted them my self", wrong answer honey, you should have said I counted them but let me go back and double check for you. There was no arguing with her and what happened to respect and the customer being right. Needless to say it was a train wreck and the waitress should remember that if it weren't for patrons she would not get paid, and I can tell you the tip they were charged in no way should have been charged due to the lack of service and kindness from the staff. I even cleaned up, and stacked up plates for them and this is they way patrons are treated. If I have anything to do with it, they will not come back for the third year.
It is a nice place and clean as well.. What we had was a problem with the food and the drinks. The tea was sour and after waiting for a period of time no one came back to the table so I took it up to another sever and she happily replaced it for me. The food was a whole different thing pricey and not as good..

Great place to take the kids. We had a blast. Get the steamed shrimp, some of the best we ever had. The shark tank is an awesome touch, the kids really liked that. A++ experience.

Loud, fun, fast! We came right at open. I’ll start with the bad.. 1. Had a few issues with the selfie machine. -the manager came and fixed all issues and left us more than happy! 2. Fries were cold- our waiter came back with steaming hot fries that almost burnt our tongues! 3. The Fish was too done. Way too crunchy for my mom to eat, she didn’t complain, but I have a feeling they would have taken care of it, like they did the other things.
The good. - the rest of the food was amazing! We had appetizers, sandwiches, Casadilas, etc. it was fantastic. The server was great, he was all alone, so he eats pretty busy. The slushies were good for the kids! We watched them feed the sharks, it was so fun, the kids really enjoyed that part. We bought 2 $50 cards for the kids and we left with an overfilling bag of prizes& a big ball for each kid. Not to mention their plates with the kids meals were frisbees we got to bring home and the cups were the color changing souvenirs! The kids were so excited. These aren’t normal claw machines. They are more than fair & you’re basically guaranteed to leave happy! We will be back, our kids our young, they could have done it, but their attention spans are too short, so we didn’t get to enjoy the bowling, but it looked fun!
