Love this place ! The only problem was the food. Ordered the mac and cheese w/ chicken. So dry, I could not eat it, but the server had taken it off our bill. Went to bowl and had so much fun !!!!

1/17/25 Nice experience with 3 grandsons on a Friday early evening. . They just love the arcade and always have a blast. Love coming here in the winter months. Our server, Colleen was so sweet and attentive and was tipped very well for this. The jerk chicken entree and burger was great and worth the price. The seafood macaroni and cheese not worth $25. My one grandson is such a pasta lover and the best critic but was disappointed how dry it was and the lack of seafood. He was taking it home to doctor it up himself. My future chef. I’d like to add pictures but it’s not allowing this right now? We WILL return. Thank you

For a barcade style locale, the place has a fun atmosphere and good variety. However, the prices are a little too expensive for the quality of the food you're getting.
I’ve been going there for two years with my family and have accumulated over 8000 points to reach a prize for my son. Unfortunately I went there 12-27-24 and played game with my family and when I check my balance all the points I had accumulated were gone. I talked with a manager and she took my card in the back and come out and said my card was purchased that day. They have a camera in there that would show I pulled it out of my wallet the same card I have been using for two years. I have been a manager in the hospitality industry in ocean city for 20yrs. She seemed not to know what to do as a manager. She ask what can she do. I said I just want my points added to my card. She went in the office and stayed there till another worker to go get her so I could get someone card higher up then her. As a manager we make things right and at this point this company has stole money from me and my family and it’s really sad that an organization would do that in a family resort. I hope this never happens to another family or person.

So this was first time at this location and I was not impressed at all !! We were not greeted at all the hostess at the stand just stared at us the one was on the phone with what sounded like a personal call finally I just said to the one that there were 4 of us and they seated us the waitress we had was not on the ball with anything at all! after having her stare at our empty cups multiple times I finally had to just ask for another drink the fish and chips I had literally had no flavor to it I was told that all entrees were half price but isn't a burger still an entree? I was charged full price for both burgers but didn't even say anything because I was just ready to go after the poor service that we had I could understand if maybe they had been a little more busier but the place was dead. Needless to say we will not be returning to this alley oops. So since this review I was contacted by a manager which really did not solve anything besides her questioning me on why I didn't say anything when I was there to a manager well I'm sorry I did have an older child who was going through some emotional stuff and I didn't want to draw extra attention to our table when speaking to her on the phone she was acting like I was looking for something for free which I wasn't I was just giving my true honest opinion on this alley oops location because we've been to the uptown one and we had nothing but wonderful service from the time we walked in the door to the time we left.

We had a party of 16, so understandably, that's a lot for anyone. Some of the food was cold or didn't taste the greatest. The arcade is definitely the highlight. Love the duck pin bowling! It gets crazy in the arcade and sometimes crowded

We tried to go here tonight for an early dinner but to our surprise the large dining area was closed to the public for a private event. We were told that the only tables available for dining were the very few tables next to the bar or little tables by the bowling alley. The hostess said to go find an open area to sit. There was a table by the bar that had 8 seats and 2 people were sitting at one end so my family of 4 went to sit at the opposite end. While we were setting our stuff down on the table a very rude employee came up to me asking if we were with the other party at the table. I said no, and the other party spoke up and said they were waiting for their bill. So this couple were getting ready to leave but the employee still had the nerve to tell my family that we can’t sit at “their” table. There were no other tables available since they had their huge dining room closed. The other party was waiting for their bill to pay and leave. They even told us that we could stay at the table. But this employee was so rude and looked like he wanted to kill us so we just left and went elsewhere. We usually visit here every time we’re in OC, but never again. They have lost our business.
